Access to location is super easy and appointments are easily made either in person or by text message. Communication is great! The physical therapist stayed in touch with my doctor in a timely manner. Dr. Migliano in Bastrop is absolutely the best I have ever worked with. He makes a specific plan for each client and then sets goals and objectives. He is innovative and creative in the routine he plans and he follows up closely to make sure you are progressing properly. I highly recommend and will return here if I need PT in the future.

This Physical Therapy is personalized to meet the needs of each client. It is not like other physical therapy places where you never know who will be working with you each day you go there. Here you have one dedicated physical therapist and he is very good.

PT Solutions is a great thearpy place for any injury. Pedro is a great person to work with you, he has help me with my balance from my spinal steniosis and vertigo. I give him 5 stars.

Dr. Migliano did a great job of helping me strengthen my right shoulder that had been injured in two falls. In the process, almost all of the constant pain I was experiencing was lessened. I only occasionally have pain now. Thank you Dr. Pedro!

I came to PT Solutions after a recurring neck/shoulder injury that prevented me from even sleeping at night at its worst. Pedro took the time to fully understand the range of pain and mobility, the history of the injury, and the types of activities I participate in every day. I left with a lot of hope for healing and started seeing and feeling results after a few days of doing the exercises. Within a week, I woke up pain free for the first time in almost a year. Pedro was also very responsive and helpful any time I had a question after our session.Don't wait until you're in that much pain to visit PT Solutions. If you want help healing and appreciate gaining a better understanding of your body and how to keep it healthy, set up an appointment ASAP! You can only gain from it.
