😊I have been getting testosterone pellets for over 15 years but no one has ever done such an incredible work as Richard “Sean” Omsberg! You can barely see where the insertion is done so healing is a couple days instead of a week which also means no scaring! I’ve advised him to setup a training for every doctor out there to use his technique. My wife would love to have hers done by Sean except Urology Austin won‘t order the estrogen most women would need.

Three horrible doctors: David Freidberg, MD; Loren Jones, MD; Elizabeth Mobley, MD One only talked down to me. I told her I had something different than usual. She did not listen. Turns out I was correct. Another of the doctors did not stop a test at the beginning when I said stop then yelled stop about 5 times. He continued for another couple of minutes. Additionally, I told him that his assistant did not turn on her equipment even though she said she did. He did not listen to me; he did not check after I stated it. It turns out I was correct, which caused me unnecessary pain. The third doctor is the surgeon who changed my life in a negative way for the rest of my life. The whole thing was a horrible experience. My PCP told me to go somewhere else after my first visit there. But, like an idiot, I figured since they already have some of my money towards my deductible and it was close to the end of the year I should continue with them, just a different doctor. Months of terrible experiences, one after the other.

Had an appointment with Dr. Freidberg and he was great. Called to make an appointment for kidney stone and the surgery scheduler was very inept, said she'd call me later after checking with my insurance and never did, waited a week. I called her back and she still said she had to check with my insurance which is Blue Cross Blue Shield, and that the appointment time was ok but still needed to check with the doctor if it was ok! In he meantime I have been having periodical pain b/c of huge kidney stone! Disappointed the staff's incompetence, they make the doc look bad!
