Extremely pleased with the care I received at San Marcos Vitalogy. I was seen in due to a spot on my arm that appeared and continued to grow over a two week period. Dr. Sayed with her staff performed a biopsy, she told me she was pretty sure it was a Squamous Cell but we wouldn't be sure until the results were back. They explained this would take seven to ten days. On the tenth day the office called me to confirm Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Less than one week later (today) Dr. Otchere removed growth and has sent it in to make sure it has all been removed. I appreciate the sense of urgency, care and kindness of the staff here at Vitalogy.

I would give fewer stars if possible. The receptionist exhibited unacceptable behavior, displaying a lack of empathy towards my father, who was transported from Silver Pines Nursing Home. Despite arriving thirty minutes early, a consent verification paper was overlooked. Instead of accommodating the transportation personnel or waiting for a coworker to deliver the document, which would have taken approximately five minutes, the receptionist canceled the appointment. My father suffers from a tennis ball-sized cancer on his back, COPD, and mobility issues, making it challenging for him to get dressed. There was no valid reason for canceling the appointment. It would be beneficial for the receptionist to demonstrate patience and compassion towards patients.

HORRIFYING AND DEVISTATING staff. BIOPSY RESULTS WERE NOT GIVEN FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH WHICH DELAYED SKIN CANCER TREATMENT! WE ARE FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS OFFICE!!! WE CALLED MORE THAN 6 TIMES TO ATTEMPT TO GET RESULTS! MY MOM IS DISABLED AND THEY MISTREATED HER WHILE DENYING HER THE ABILITY TO GET IMMEDIATE TREATMENT FOR HER SKIN CANCER!

I had responded to a text confirming my appointment, but they did not receive it. However. when I arrived, even though they did not have me in the schedule, they added me back in. My treatment was fast and simple, and Dr. Sayed was thorough and friendly. The 3 people I interacted with were thorough, gentle and personable.
