I had a great experience at Willow Springs. The staff was very nice and helpful.Shout out to Cowboy, Natalie, Ree, Debbie, Tina, and Ebony. They are all great at what they do. I also want to think my counselor MacKenzie for pushing me to do better and helping me with the 12 steps. I am now 43 days sober.

An Abysmal Experience with Supervisor Betty Ann !! SHES A TRIGGER AND WILL TRIGGER YOU From the very beginning, it was evident that Betty Ana lacked the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead a team. Her inability to provide clear directions and guidance resulted in confusion and inefficiency among our team members. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification, BETTY ANN consistently failed to offer any substantial resolution or support. One of the most concerning aspects of Betty ANA aka Karen supervision was their complete disregard for the well-being of the clients she exhibited a complete lack of empathy and understanding, treating clients as replaceable cogs in the machine rather than individuals with unique needs and concerns. Our attempts to voice concerns or seek assistance were met with dismissive attitudes, further exacerbating the existing problems. Effective communication is an essential skill for any supervisor, yet BETTY ANN aka Karen consistently failed in this regard. They rarely provided timely and relevant updates, leaving the team feeling out of the loop and uninformed. This lack of communication led to missed deadlines, confusion, and unnecessary stress for the entire team. Throughout my time under supervision of Betty AnnAka KAREN I witnessed numerous instances of unprofessional behavior. They frequently played favorites, showing preferential treatment to certain team members while disregarding the efforts and contributions of others. This created an unhealthy and demoralizing work environment, where merit and hard work were consistently overlooked. HR just sits behind a desk and eats snacks all day . Higher up needs to look at this why are all your loyal employees that have been there for years are quitting after she started working there? At least out of 15 people. Probably say there’s only three people that originally work there ever since Bettyann aka Karen has came!! Everyone else has quit or is currently looking for new jobs! As a client this place is very stressful!! It’s not what it used to be!!!!

This place literally saved my life. I don’t know where I’d be without them in my life.

What a wonderful staff and place to help get your life and soul back from whatever haunts it. Things they taught me are Helpful in every facet of my life. Found out how resilient I truly am, and how important self love is! I’m a better person for having stayed there 30 days. Thanks y’all! -Randy

Willow Springs gives you the opportunity to be proactive and do more for yourself and for your recovery. Things are a process but patience is a part of recovery. Super friendly techs, medical staff, and housekeeping staff. Wide variety of classes that keep you busy and special outings if you qualify.

Great stay, courteous and polite techs (Cowboy, Ree, Amanda, and several others whom I forgot their names - all incredible humans) incredible councilors (Charles, Lea, Ty, Jon, Aaron, Mckenzie). The councilors have lived it and want to and will help you. Life altering. Thanks to all of you. Most people here WANT to be here vs HAVE to be here and it makes a huge difference. The staff and counselors/therapists there seem to legitimately care. Problem is, company doesn't pay enough to make it attractive.

Addict mill. Get them in detox and push them out to php to make more room for intake. Staff has high turn around and hang out with clients. Coed and has fraternizing between clients and techs. Not a good choice to make if you are serious and are trying to heal and learn. Beware do your research. No after care cut and paste from Google.

Only cares about money not the care of the patients Do not go there for care
