List of Mcdonald Craig's Reviews
Very unprofessional and extremely rude. Walks off and leaves you wondering "are we finished".
Dr. McDonald spent very little time with me, as soon as he exited my exam room, one of his assistants told him to have a nice weekend. He was ready to get the hell out of there. I have torn ligaments that hurt even at rest. The person that administered the cortisone injection told me he would give me something for pain and then proceeded to lecture me on the perils of opioid abuse. I’m an engineer, I’m not a street person or a drug addict. When I move in my sleep I have sharp pains that wake me up several times a night. I am hurting. Short story, after several follow up phone calls, Mcdonald’s office told me that they submitted, then re-submitted, and then re-submitted again the prescription to my pharmacy. It’s been six days, my pharmacy still has no word from McDonalds office. After one more call today, they said, oh no, we submitted something yesterday. Liars. If you have no intention then just say so. I can respect that. But don’t look me in the eye and lie. There is an integrity issue and I won’t be back. Sad thing is I don’t think they care if I don’t return.
This happened just now. If I could give a lower star level I would. This guy is a complete jerk. Don’t go to him. This is why: I was referred to him via CHN for an issue with my hand. Have been consistently told by everyone else along the way that it’s multiple lipoma. Went in to his office and paid my $208 out of pocket because I don’t have insurance. The guy comes in and touches my hand. BARELY examines it. And asks me A question. And by ”A” I mean, “How long has this been an issue?” So he tells me that it may be some other thing involving veins and arteries. Naturally, I start asking questions about that because that’s the FIRST I’ve ever heard of it. He won’t give me any info. Keeps saying that we’ll need an MRI to know more. I said, okay “well let’s set that up. What’s next how do we do that?” He said, “We’ll just need your insurance.” Told him I didn’t have insurance and he got even worse. Totally just kicked me out of his office after I gave him $208 out of pocket for him to bamboozle me. This guy is a real piece of work. Doesn’t wanna help if you don’t have insurance. So now I’ve spent upwards of $500 trying to figure this thing out and now I have no clue what I’m supposed to do. He seems like more of a heartless lawyer than a doctor.
Went in for a knee exam, took xray and said nothing was showing abnormal and stated he knew it wouldn't like we were making things up. Then said we will get an mri then just walked out of the room. We were left sitting there. Now it has been over a week and we haven't heard from them with the appointment for the mri or anything... nothing from the office.
Spent no time at all with me and disregarded anything I said about my injury. He left the room I was in within two minutes. Decided to get a second opinion the very next day and it turns out that my injury is pretty severe. It is rare that I give a bad review, but he was the most uninterested doctor I have ever seen.
Horrible. Been seeing him since August 2018 and no change! It’s now 2019. I fired him and now seeing a new doctor!
First visit after 4 week proximal phalanx foot fracture. Very disappointing. Long room wait. No interaction. Never attempted to look at my foot. I suggested he should, he took off shoe, Said it is broken/will hurt. My small toe is leaning with a slight twist. He did not unwrap to see the toe or foot. Pain still intense. Told me to come back in 4 weeks if not better..........spent most of his time on the computer. He got up and walked out. .
Absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. He was extremely rude and was in the room for about five minutes. He then proceeds to get up and walk out without even a goodbye.
I have had three surgeries performed by Dr. McDonald, broken arm and two knee scopes. Every time I have been very pleased with the outcome and his time he spent with me.
I went to visit Dr. McDonald and was seen by his PA Brett Baker. He was very thorough and detailed. I left the office feeling very knowledgeable with my problem. I would strongly recommend Brett Baker and Dr. McDonald. The staff was on point and made me feel at home.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
