Horrible communication with the front staff. I had an appointment today, which was cancelled upon arriving. I called an the woman said well we called twice yesterday and there was no answer. I never received a call or no voicemail was left. She told me it rang and that it never went to voicemail. That there was nothing she could have done since she called twice. I understand that she had to come in on Sunday due to Dr. Koblar having a family emergency. What I don't understand is that the office was open today Monday, but not one phone call was made to attempt to reach me letting me know that my appointment was cancelled. I drove 45miles to get to this appt. The front desk women was very rude and did not once apologize for the inconvenience. She didn't even try to reschedule the appointment. I had to ask when was the next opening. Will not be returning, save your time and go else where.

The people in the office do not return phone calls. This has caused me to have to redo all pre ops at my own expense. By far, the worst experienc at a doctor's office I have ever had.
