Dr. Wael Aboughali is the best doctor. He listens and cares for his patients! Highly recommend him!!
The doctors, nurses and registration staff are excellent and always professional The only problem I have had is with the rude security staff who act as though they own the clinic. Always surfing the web, eating or being boisterous. I have not witnessed this behavior at any other HCHD location.
Dr. Wael Aboughali is the BEST Dr. ever! He actually cares about his patients and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE! IF YOU DON'T HAVE HIM YOU'RE MISSING OUT 💪🙏❤
For 2 yrs I was treated for a thyroid disorder and having my thyroid removed. I was also having pain in my neck and shoulder. My blood levels were constantly checked, I assumed for my thyroid and cholesterol levels, but now know because I was complaining of pain and asking for pain meds. My thyroid levels nor cholesterol levels were never monitored or treated or adjusted since removal of my thyroid. My cholestrol alone was almost 300 and my thyroid meds had never been adjusted since removal to optimize. I had an ischemic stroke in May of 2020 and it has rendered me disabled with chronic stroke neurological issues. all along there was a problem with my neck and soaring cholesterol levels inevitabliy led to this stroke. That my life is forever changed by. I've managed to not have another stroke but still continue to receive less than adequate care and pitiful stroke after care. I sis the research and adjusted my thyroid meds. I've been hesitant to change but being told a chronic stroke was a second stroke by my PCP and slow moving on an adequate referral for the proper surgeon and after stroke care has left me no choice I'm changing PCP and clinic. The new laws concerning pain management are causing drs to act irresponsibly because their license are in danger. In my case, it's catastrophic but good news I now have acknowledged chronic pain. That could have been properly assessed and diagnosed. I was labelled as drug seeking and am leaving because its just too tragic. And these drs will hurt you
Fue una atención nada profesional de parte de la doctora, del personal de recepción estuvo grandioso pero ya en la espera por la doctora fue desepsionante parte del poco interés que me demostró , fue una experiencia muy mala
I have always gotten good health care here 👍🏾💜, the doctors and nurses and staff are wonderful!!!!
Very courteous personal,
I did not agree to the changes in my medication. Dr. Mansoor has known me for over five years and has taken away my lyrica which has helped me tremendously. He is basing the fact that another patient had a negative outcome on what my future outcome would be. The reasoning is uncalled for. I know he faces some problems if I turn out the same way the other patient did however I’m not that patient. I should not be judged in the same way. I have been open and forthcoming with Dr. Mansoor. I treat every Doctor with the same respect even when they judge me as though I’ll be the same as their previous patient. I want to live. I have children and grandchildren. I want to live for them and myself. I’m not a drug addict but I will do what I have to do to be without pain ruling my life. By Dr. Mansoor and HCS taking away my medication it has been revealed to me that real people that truly suffer in pain just does not matter. By continuing with this type of mentality eventually all will suffer.
Excelente atención y sobre todo manejo de desinfeccion!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
