Showed up to our 5 pm couples massage.... Waited 30 minutes after arrival just to be told they only have one masseuse and can't find the other....... Ruined a planned date night

I am a founding member, which means I’ve been a member since they opened their doors. I have always been happy with my services. It bothers me to see negative comments. Make sure when you consult with your service provider to give them your specific expectations. You will be happier with your service if they know what you would like. All massage therapist have an individual style, ask for your specific needs. I am so thankful for having this spa accessible locally!

I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage expecting that. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The session didn’t last the full hour. The therapist began timing from the moment I was called back, not when the actual massage started. As an athlete, I specifically requested deep tissue work and communicated that I needed more pressure. Despite this, the massage was focused almost entirely on my neck and back, with very light pressure overall. This place may be suitable if you’re seeking a relaxing experience, but if you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage for recovery or athletic need, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I won’t be returning, as I felt it was a waste of money. Seems more focused on profit than service overall. I even had to pay for water when I asked. Even pedicure spas offer you complimentary water.

Divine Massage Spa & Wellness Center ✨ When I arrived at the spa, the staff member who checked me in seemed annoyed—likely because of my accent. She didn’t take the time to listen to me, and as a result, my cosmetologist/stylist had to step in later to clarify and adjust my service. On top of that, I wasn’t welcomed or directed anywhere. No one told me where to sit or that I could browse the gift shop. I stood at the front desk feeling unsure and uncomfortable. Eventually, she said, “The stylist will be with you shortly,” which felt like a subtle hint to move away. I wandered into the gift shop and, without being invited, sat awkwardly on the couch until I was called. Thankfully, Brieanna, my cosmetologist/stylist, completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. She made the necessary changes to my service without any issue and made me feel heard and valued—despite how my visit began. Her skill and warm approach truly stood out. At checkout, I was assisted by a different staff member who was friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain the variety of services offered at Divine Massage Spa & Wellness Center ‍♀️, and I appreciated her positive attitude. Thanks to Brieanna and the helpful checkout staff, my visit ended on a high note. I will definitely return because of their professionalism and kindness. ✂️‍♀️

I had a deep tissue massage, eye brow waxing and had Halotherapy. The facilities were very clean and relaxing and the staff was just Lovely and Informative.

I enjoy going early for my appointment and shopping at the gift shop. The staff is welcoming and very pleasant. The services are professional and enjoyable. Highly recommend them and appreciate them being here in Baytown!

Very friendly welcoming staff, easy registration that's on a touch screen laptop, and great Massage Therapist named Rickey. I was having pain in my left back part of my neck, the pain was affecting my medial upper back to my shoulder blade as well as shoulder. He gave me trigger point therapy and after it was over I already felt like my posture was better and my symptoms had subsided. I did inform him that I liked medium to deep pressure, lol, and that's what I got! Trigger point I don't think is supposed to be like a relaxing Swedish massage, it does come with some pain but the results after are so worth it. I have more mobility with my neck on day two, a little sore in certain areas which is to be expected but I'm not in pain if that makes sense. It does cost a little more in some ways than going to the Asian massage places however you're able to communicate more efficiently when you need a more specific treatment. They have membership plans that give discounts to regular massages if you're one that can afford to regularly go. I will be there one day but for now I'm gonna save to the side and just go for treatment here and there as I can.
