This review is long overdue! No one plans to have a parent become a patient at a cancer center. And when the unthinkable happens, you want to do everything possible to make them at ease and optimistic about the uncertain future. The team at Genesis Cancer Center in Baytown is the team you want on your side, they are caring beyond expectations, exhibiting patience with my dad as if he was theirs. Zephan, Leslie, Dana, and Cindy are outstanding human beings and medical professionals, they made going through this terrible ordeal feel manageable and hopeful, thank you.

I just finished my last radiation treatment today. I highly recommend the genesis group for your radiation treatments. The staff are very friendly and very helpful in all that they do. 👍👍👍

I completed my 9 weeks of radiation treatment back on August 20th. Each time I walked in, I was greeted with a warm "good morning" and sparkles in their eyes. You could not see the smiles due to the required masks, but you could tell they were there. While waiting in the lobby I noticed that all of the patients were treated with respect and dignity. If they would have had an entertainment committee, Zephan would have been in charge. He did his best to lighten the mood of the downtrodden people. The entire staff, from the receptionist, the technicians and of course Dr. Cheng, was very good at their assigned duties and were always available to answer questions or lend a helping hand when needed. You can tell, there are some places that the employees are there strictly for a paycheck. That is not the attitude of the people at Genesis. They are genuinely concerned about the well being of the patients entering their doorway. I would highly recommend anyone to Genesis Cancer Center.

I am very pleased with the staff and Dr Cheng at Genesis Cancer Center. Dr Cheng explained the process of radiation treatments and answered all my questions. They always get me back quickly and are very professional and friendly. Zephen one of the radiation techs made me feel very comfortable during this very scary process, he has a great sense of humor and compassion for others. From the first treatment he explained what to expect made sure I was comfortable and introduced this very big intimidating radiation machine as Charlie assuring me Charlie would not hurt me. I can’t speak highly enough about Genesis Cancer Center and all the wonderful staff that work there.
