The facility itself is nice, but I found the front desk staff in the breast care center to be a bit insensitive. They were loud when explaining information and did not match the patient’s tone. The registration process also felt loud and lacking sensitivity. It might help to have a more private area for registration so other patients cannot overhear personal financial or medical matters.

2 different Doctors sent them a referral 2 times different ways! They only received one supposedly. Filled out my paperwork and they never called me back. I called several times letting them know I'm in severe pain and need help asap. 3 whole weeks of pain and they do NOT care. They didn't even tell me they didn't accept my insurance. Just gave me the run around. If I could rate 0 I would. The staff is absolutely terrible. Get y'all's act together people. I have a high risk of cancer and this is ridiculous.

I moved out of state and established with a breast care center where I currently live. Upon establishing, nearly 2 months ago, I requested my records via the new facility. A second request was sent last week and the facility denies receiving any records to compare a previously abnormal mammogram to the one just performed. Called to inquire as to why my records haven't been sent and was told they didn't receive the request. Had already confirmed the details months ago and again today, so I know it was sent to the correct place. Asked for a medical release to be sent to my personal email on file so that I could obtain the records to provide to my new facility and was "educated" about HIPAA. I am fully aware of HIPAA given that I'm a nurse. Maybe you should be aware of intentionally delaying care. Further, it is NOT a violation of HIPAA to provide records to the patient, upon request.

I had my mammogram yesterday at this center. In less than a day, I had access to the results, including the imaging. My appointment was fo 2 and by 2:15, we were in the car headed home. They are extremely professional, and an important bonus, personable and welcoming. Their efficiency is unbelievable, so well run. It was a 100% positive experience. I highy recommend this center.

Very good experience. Booked my appt online and arrived a little early. I was out 10 minutes after my scheduled appt time. No more lockers and waiting in a room with others.

The best place to be, Had my appointment for an exam, ended up doing my biopsy same day and was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer they got me In and set up with an amazing breast cancer navigator that made my appointments so easy, not to mention my team of Drs.

Pleasant atmosphere & staff. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Sonia was very nice & provided helpful information to me. Vickie my Mammogram Tech was so professional yet gentle & made sure I was comfortable. Vickie made it a point to explain in detail what to expect. Thank you, ladies!

The staff is so welcoming and even though you are going through a life changing moment they make you feel better. Never have to wait long at all, appointments are as scheduled.
