List of Next Level Urgent Care's Reviews
Our DR and nurse were great. The front desk is probably the worst I have ever dealt with. The doctor told me to call back if my 3 year old wasn’t feeling any better (upper respiratory infection) and they’d give her another RX and 2 days later after my pharmacy and I calling them with no answer or just getting the run around we finally just went back to have them write the correct RX that was written incorrectly the first time. Front desk was pretty rude at the whole situation.
Front desk service is atrocious. I came in around 5 for a covid test and the lady told me there was no more walk ins available for the day and to come back at 8 am for walk ins. That is completely understandable, so I came back the next morning at 8 only to find out they dont open until 9. I finally go inside and the lady at the front desk says no walk ins at all and that she cant set an appointment for me. She makes me do it only only for me to see the website says “online appointments not available at this time”. I go back inside and tell the lady and she says, “oh okay well write down your information and i’ll schedule it for you here”. I was not rude at all and just needed a test. The front desk communication is terrible and I will not be coming back. I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. If the fromt desk is this bad I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.
My boyfriend came in today around 11:00am to11:30am and was told to come back in 4-5 hours then sent him home my boyfriend is in pain and needs attention and then he comes back and they send him back for two more hours it is 6:22pm and he still has not been assisted. My boyfriend is shy and wont say anything but I will. Especially if he is not being helped for medical reasons. If you cannot help him then tell him. Don't have him waiting all day. Will not be coming here anymore.
I went in this morning for a burned accident that happened at my job and the first thing they took care of was the drug test not caring about my situation they paid more attention to that. Later on after 30 minutes they nurse finally came to see what was wrong with me and she told me that I was okay and I could go back to work. I called my sister to let her know what was going on since she is RN at a hospital, the nurse that was in charge told her that everything was okay and I didn’t need anything so my sister told her how could you not take actions to this and give her what she needs which is a anointment for the burned to make sure it doesn’t get infected and pain medicine. Once the nurse spoke with my sister she then gave me what I need it and told me I could go back to work the same day knowing what I do for my job requires to moving my hands a lot. My recommendation is just to go to a hospital not to this urgent care they will do a better job because last year this happened and I was sent to a hospital and they took actions right away.
My husband came in with some eye pain and from the moment we walked in the door everyone was extremely kind, caring, and professional. We were able to check in online so when we got to the clinic, we were seen right away. The nurse taking his information/vitals was excellent and showed genuine concern for his condition. Nearly the second the nurse practitioner came in he (correctly) diagnosed it as shingles and sent us to the emergency room. They refunded our card and we headed straight to the ER. I’m so grateful for his knowledge and concern - things could have been much worse had we waited any longer to go to the hospital. We will definitely come back here if we ever need urgent care!
This place is so amazing! Everyone is so kind and attentive. The woman that saw us answered all my questions about my son, and eased my mind. I'll only bring my baby (when we have emergencies) here from now on!!
This place is great. I didn't have to wait to be put in a room and they came in shortly after and took my vitals. I Instead of filling out paperwork they give you a laptop that's real simple to fill out all your information on. The doctor that came in was absolutely fantastic so personable I really really enjoyed going to this clinic and I will definitely be going back again. Their prices were very good as well.
We needed a Covid test for my son ASAP. He was showing symptoms. I registered online and checked in. Got a text within 30mins to come on down. Everyone was super nice! Very happy with the experience and will def use them again.
They are the absolute worst! These are the doctors and nurses who finished at the bottom of their classes and couldn't get jobs at real doctors' offices or hospitals. Their only good reviews are from employees
They were so helpful and so helpful! I strongly recommend them to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
