Excellent, throughout exams and treatment recommendations. Dr Pardo is routinely running behind schedule. However, it is because he is thorough. I'm willing to wait because I understand I'll get the same detailed level of care as those ahead of me.

Staff was awesome. Dr. Pardo actually took the time to explain things and really seemed concerned about me. I am always nervous about going to a new doctor, but Dr. Pardo and his staff put me at ease!

The office visits are fine, Dr.Ricardo Pardo is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. It’s some of the staff that are irresponsible & unprofessional. I have been in the office overhearing cursing, bad remarks of others, etc. I called 2 days in a row (Thursday & Friday) to get a refill, I was told it would be sent. Unfortunately the refill was not sent to the pharmacy. I will have to wait until the office opens on Monday. A patient should not have to call repeatedly to get a confirmation.

Some people may not like a doctor like Dr Pardo. He is a self admited control freak but folks....this Doctor "knows" his stuff...! Granted he is always going 110 mph but his knowledge and good intentions are well worth putting up with. He will fight for you in every way to give you relief and quality of life. Like him or not he is good at what he does. I do like him but in my opinion...I don't have to like them as long as they can help me with my conditions.

He ordered several test but I was happy he did. I'm 68 & needed them. He made me feel more confident about my health. Spent quite some time going over my results. I thought all employees were pleasant and very helpful.
