List of Shehzad Sami's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Sami for several years and I totally believe he saved my life. If it weren’t for him and some other fabulous doctors, my children wouldn’t have their mother. Dr. Sami has always be straight forward and honest about my condition and always explained my concerns to where we understood everything. Now if you are thin skinned, he might not be your doctor. But if you want to know the truth, he’s your man. He tells you like it is. Me? I love that about him. He’s definitely honest. I also love his PA. Dr. Chip is awesome.
I appreciate the honesty but it does take a while to wait on him and it’s hard to give all my information verbally.it helps for me to write them down like symptoms or if you take a history, medication make sure it’s correct especially by the medical assistant. Good at referring if you need a test he doesn’t do. If you need a doctor short term he is good for that also. No long term commitment which can be less stress. Better than some of the other cardiologists who seem to work for corporation or influenced by pharmaceutical. He seems to be more down to earth.
After a trip bypass I went afib. Dr Sami came to my room at 9 pm and stayed over an hour to discuss what my options were to correct the condition. Find me another Dr. That is willing to spend an hour with you period much less at 9 pm at night. You cannot find a more caring Doctor.
Long waits. Each appointment the expenses keep going up. Over charged. Many separate appt. that could have been combined. Doesn’t complete tests or thorough treatment. Some staff are helpful. I felt the doctor is not knowledgeable or focused and is dismissive.its like once the money is made, then he’s finished with you. For the most part I feel like I wasted my time and money. The whole atmosphere is tense and hurried by his process.
Dr Sami saved my life. I was told I had cancer and needed surgery to find out how far it spread but needed to see a heart doctor first. Well I found Dr Sami on the internet ,said he was one of the best! He did all kinds of test, and saved me from possibly having a massive heart attack. I can now have my cancer surgery. God Bless Dr Sami. You are the best! Patricia Boutin Dayton Texas
Without a doubt one of the finest Doctors My wife and I have ever dealt with. He saved her life and continues to look over her in every way.
Stick you in a room and you wait for hours. No ONE comes in to check on you or give you updates when and if you see the Dr.
Dr. Sami takes more time with my mom than any doctor she's ever had! He's very compassionate and caring! After he repaired my mothers heart, he showed me the video of the procedure and explained everything to me! I don't trust just anybody with my moms heart but he has earned my trust!
Doctor refused to give me any test but the Nuclear Stress Test which according to the Mayo Clinic and John Hopkins the test is not accurate and gives false positives. I also had a blood test and no one ever called me with the results. Turned out I have type 2 diabetes. Just a good thing I checked the results myself online. It’s a shame this doctor and others do not do the best test for artery blockage .
Doctor Shehzad is a quack. Beware of this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
