Terrible doctor. sends you for many tests, most of which are not covered by Medicare. I would not recommend her to anyone ! Never did get a solid diagnosis.

Horrible service, she doesn’t help!!

It took me two weeks to get an appointment. I pulled into the parking lot and decided to call the office to verify which building they were located in(there are two medical buildings right next to eachother). The lady at the front desk places me on hold. In the meantime, I walk in, still on hold, and the lady is sitting at the desk on her cellphone. It gets better! After checking in, she proceeds to tell me that I am in her system, but that I don't have an appointment. She kept saying she doesn't know who I spoke with that made the appointment, knowing full well that it was her. Then she tried to blame the doctor saying that she moves her appointments around. She walked away to talk to the doctor, and then came back saying that the doctor could not fit me in after I had the proof of the phone call, the details about the appointment, and everything they asked me to bring to my appointment. Stay away! Not only is the office unprofessional, but it's disgusting, both outside and inside the building. There were holes in the walls inside their waiting area and it was filthy!

Very money hungry. I have been seeing Dr. Schwartz from October to March. I recently stopped seeing her due to the fact that she has sent me to have several EEGs with the same answer with no progression in my treatment. Each time she wants me to come back into the office to get my results. She refuses to tell me my results over the phone. It seems to me she is just using me to get my money for herself and for different types of unessary tests. I would not recommend her or anyone associated with San Jacinto Medical Group. I got a second opinion and my new doctor said that the excessive doctor appointments and extending my unability to drive were both unnecessary.

I saw Dr. Schwartz for several years and she was of tremendous help in figuring out a complex neurological problem. She took the time to explain the tests she recommended and listened to my concerns. Together, we decided the best course of action for my treatment. Her staff was always caring and kind, with a gentle humor that showed they all cared about each other. I've recommended her to friends/family and will continue to do so as long as she is available.

Dr. S. Schwartz has been my neurologist since 2013. She is the best Neurologist. She has performed every test I needed even my sleep test. I couldn't ask for a better Dr.

This is a horrible horrible place. A waste of time and waste of money. Ran test schedule me for 3 weeks out to get results and I called to make a earlier appt due to my situation and need some relief and well got a call to confirm my appt that morning pulling in the parking lot to go into my confirmed appt and the call was to cancel my appt. I understand emergency so I ask for my results to take to my family dr and well they want to tell me there will be a charge. And well never heard from dr.

One of the BEST doctors in Baytown. I have been a patient of her's for more than 20 years. Interfaces very well with patients with mental disabilities. She tell you what you need to know, either good or bad.

Dr. Schwartz is smart, congenial, and listens to her patients. I have been one of them for many years due to a chronic condition that she and her wonderful staff help me to manage. Thanks to her expert guidance, and her ability to ask the seemingly unrelated questions that can make a world of difference in overall care, I have been able to drastically reduce the number & strength of medications I take. She has always taken into account my preferences when deciding upon treatment plans, including outside tests and therapies. She also has a sense of humor, which is a lovely find in a specialist of her calibre!
