I went in for what I believed to be a sinus infection but wanted to get a COVID test just incase. The doctor came in for 20 seconds. Looked at my throat and told me to use over the counter medication and vitamins I was already taking and use regularly. Never looked in my ears, never listened to my chest/lungs. Treated me like I could have Covid and sent out. I’ve been going to this urgent care since it opened years ago and I’ve never been treated like this. It was interesting that I always pay a copay but this time they didn’t charge me at all. I wasn’t treated like a person I was treated like I was a negative or positive test. They called me back with my NEGATIVE results and when I asked if there’s anything they can do because I’m not getting better, I was told to come in again to be reevaluated and that I would be charged a copay! No thanks I’ll be finding a new doctor.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I’ve been here for 4 hours in the room while I can hear the employees chatting and laughing . I got Covid tested and I just want to get home....: don’t come to this place it’s so bad horrible employees

I waited for 2 hours in my car waiting for them to call me in for my sick kids then when i got off to ask if there were still a lot of people in front of me the lady simply said yes and i had to leave without being seen because my 3 kids 6 years and under were hungry, tired, and just as frustrated as me. I recently went to altus because i have a diffefent insurance and was out within 15 minutes! I cant stand having to go to urgentcare mds for my kids and am seriously considering changing their insurance as well out of my frustration with place

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service at this location. I tested positive for covid in December. After my two week quarantine I was required to have a negative test result and four papers signed by a doctor for having to go on short term disability for two weeks. I came and got tested the day my quarantine ended and was told I would get these results in 3-4 business days. On the fifth day of no call I called and they told me they were “making calls now” and would call me back. A couple hours later a young man called me and told me I was negative and I could come pick it up and have my papers signed off for the disability so that I could return to work. So I stopped what I was doing and drove down there. It was a Sunday when I came by only to be told that the “head nurse” was the only person who could sign the papers and that it would also be $25 dollars to be signed. I paid the $25 dollars and left the papers at the front desk and returned on Monday at 9:30 A.M.. when I arrived the girl at the front door told me the “head nurse” had 20 patients in front of me and that she would call me at some point today when they were ready. She also told me that were open until 9 P.M.. I told her I needed the papers signed signed ASAP, that I was not going to make another trip back up here, and I would wait. I was then placed on the list with patients to be seen and had to pay an additional $35 just to have my papers signed!! I have currently been here two hours and have yet to see anyone. This place is honestly a joke. I will never step foot in here again. Don’t waste your time here. Who knows if I will even leave with the correct documentation to return to work.

I called and asked what insurances do they take and the receptionist was no help. All she said was "we take a lot of insurances, but theirs a list of insurances we don't take."Like really?? No details on exactly what insurance they take and not take. She sounded lazy anyway.. Should have stayed home if she didn't feel like working. Even if my insurance was accepted I wouldn't even go here, the lack of customer service sucks.

my husband could not breath and he was left outside 30 mins or more and i told them how long she told me it will be awhile if he cant wait take him elsewhere..ok

The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I still have it the benefit of doubt and went there after waiting and even filling out the paper work they told me I couldn’t be seen there. They sent me to another location while giving me the same address to the this same location I was going around waisting my time and in pain (I am not familiar with the area) & when I got down waited again she didn’t own up to her mistake! Horrible service!! Don’t recommend I won’t be going back here again since they can’t even do their job right.

Thank goodness the lady that answered the phone was so hateful. I would of hated to waste my time and go there just for them to be inconvenienced by doing their job. Shout out to Night Light Pediatric in Humble for being caring and sympathetic to my son's needs.

Horrible service. Waited 2 hours to get called (they were busy so I understand), but then the doctor speaks to me for literally 20 seconds, and then the nurse came in and gave me a shot without telling me what I was getting. Everyone had such an attitude, I had to ask the front desk lady when I was paying what was done today because no one had the common decency of informing me of anything. Never going back here again.

Bilal Khan called me the manager to talk about his clinic he was so sweet and understanding and willing to learn and change whatever made me upset here. So for that I give 5 stars and I will go here again incase of any issues with my health. It's rare that someone is willing to want to change and learn but he was sincere and going to go the extra mile for me. Also they fired that nurse that everyone on here says is terrible so I was very pleased to hear that because some people believe they are untouchable, some people need to be humbled. Doctor Khan is my mothers physician and she absolutely loves him here so I am happy to leave a good review finally. Got everything resolved thank God. They r gona fix up the place too cuz I did see someones review on here and he was telling me they are actually doing that now. Thanks Team. Remember Michalengo is a sweetheart and needs to be recognized here. Great and knowledgable worker. Dr Ather although I was mad at kept his cool under pressure so good job but you must remember addicts have pain too and theirs is worse because they are at the point they nerves are on fire due to the disease and I was taught in nursing school you never tell someone they r not in pain you treat them no matter your bias or remember you'll be complicit in torture. Good luck. Thank you again Bilal you rock! I cried because all I needed was a listening and understand ear and he gave me my time I have been through alot. Still going through it but I'm a fighter obviously lol. Great place.
