Not successful. Don't waste your time and money. There is No communication. They take all your money, overcharge you then take months to refund. Can give you NO answers after 5 attempts. 5 attempts including using donor eggs and nothing. No explanations other than I don’t know. 0% chance of hope with these people. Don’t waste your time or money. Were left with nothing now and No other options. Theres no point calling you to discuss when you don’t answer the phone. You Don’t pass on messages. And when the answering service answers finally all they say is they will pass on the message and still NO-ONE CALLS. It appears this place is more of a scam.

Quick to get your money but not to repay what they owe you, not very coordinated. Said I had future dates of service. Spoke above her to a supervisor and spoke to a lawyer about fraudulent charges. They owe us 10k

Dr Kim is amazing! He is kind, compassionate, and patient. I never feel rushed when I ask questions and he’s always very thorough with his answers. My second embryo transfer performed by Dr Kim was a success and we have a perfect little 15 month old! Dr Kim was instrumental in growing our family and I can’t thank him enough! 2023 update: Dr Kim performed another successful embryo transfer and we were able to bring another beautiful baby girl into the world in 2022! Dr Kim gave me my dream of a big family. 10/10 for sure!

I love this clinic! From the front desk receptionist Hannah, to my favorite lab tech☺️, I have the best LVN Morgan and Hayley, and Amber are great as well! Most of all the best DR by far Dr. Skorupski! The whole team are very polite and caring! They work diligently together making the process go as smooth as possible! I seen reviews about pricing… well when it comes to fertility everyone knows it isn’t cheap. I’ve paid out of pocket so I know prices in full. If there was a place cheaper I wouldn’t switch up. Bc this office has the best employees by far! Not interested in paying less elsewhere and not having kind, non judgmental, caring, professional, respectful and supportive employees!

Staff was very friendly & knowledge. Office was clean and did not have a long wait time.

HORRIBLE place for employment and care. The doctors are rude to their staff by ignoring them constantly and making them cry for things they can not control. They brush off patients concerns daily. They don’t provide appropriate training and then fire pregnant women for not knowing the job 3 months in. They DO NOT care about you as a patient or employee. If you googled this place to work here, PLEASE do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere. If you googled to be a patient, TRUST ME, and find a different fertility clinic!!! There are other options!

We love Dr Kim! We have done 3 iui’s and IVF with him.

Dr. Kim is a great doctor. He made me feel relaxed before my procedure. And was knowledgeable about my history. I would recommend him to anyone.

Beware!!! I called and spoke to D. Gray in regards to outside monitoring which consist of an ultrasound and bloodwork. I sent her the requisition. She told me that I would have to pay upfront and the total amount would be $495. Two months later I received a detailed bill from my insurance company that Aspire charged me this day of services for $1500!!!! They are scam artist!!! Shady Groves only charges me $200 only for an ultrasound and that’s upfront that I pay since I’m NOT a patient. Also, I called D. Gray a few days after my one and only service with them to ask her the cost of just an ultrasound and she told me $350; however, on this itemized bill they charged me $625!!!! They are scam artist!!! Don’t go here!!!

Don’t waste your time here!! Go to CNY New York for 1/3 of the cost and have outside ultrasounds done with Shady Groves. Also, bloodwork done at your local lab.
