Absolutely the worst communication ! They never answer their phones, have to go up there just to speak to them. Can’t get my child’s records to be sent to Texas children hospital, because they don’t answer their phones!! The Dr is kind, but come on!

FIRST OFF Dr, Alaswad has been fantastic, You can tell he really cares and does everything he can to get to the root of the medical problem. The staff on the other hand have been TERRIBLE. We have set follow up appts, the staff has written the date and time on a card and gave it to us,......showed uo for the appt and find out it was never scheduled in thier books.....Dr Alaswad referred us for a surgical procedure and the staff wrote out the appt on a slip......showed up at the hospital only to find out it had never been ordered by the doctors office and the hosptital had no record of it being scheduled. The doctors office had even called to confirm the appt with me a few days prior. Went into the office ( everytime you go into the office they have new staff) and the lady informed me that the appt was set at a different hospital.......I sure hope when we show up tomorrow fpr the new appt/ hosptial that the info is correct.

Dr. Alaswad is an amazing doctor! Wish I can say the same for the staff, they are very unprofessional and rude. They make you feel uncertain when they try to explain anything to you. Returning phone calls or even better answering the phone is like pulling a dead horse to drink water.
