Dr. Ahmed is very unprofessional. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Brought my mother in law to her today. She is super sweet very thoughtful and her bed side manner is amazing. She was very thorough with her and answered all our questions and concerns. So happy we made the switch for my mother in law.

Dr. Ahmed was very thorough and attentive to my concerns. She took her time to explain everything to me in a way I understood. Amazing bed side manners. Would recommend her to anyone. They wait was kind of long, but she was worth the wait. I will be using her going forward.

I have been seeing Dr. Ahmed since she opened her office in Beaumont. My husband tore his retina and required two surgeries and had to have someone with him constantly. I cancelled two appointments. I called today to set up a new appointment and her husband told me they would not schedule me an appointment. We have had lots of health issues this year with my husband being in an alzheimers trial and the torn retinas. My previous years (approximately 8-10 years) do not matter. Dr. Ahmed has always been very good to me, but I cannot put up with her overbearing husband. Now they only accept cash for payment. No credit cards, debit cards, or cafeteria cards. I think she was wonderful, but he is horrible and very rude. I'm done!

I called just to find out if they are taking new patients & my insurance. The person answering would not speak up so I could hear them, before anything, asked me, "Who are you? and why are you calling?" What? No thanks.

I am very happy with her as my doctor. She listened to my concerns and is working with me to get my diabetes under control was non medicine treatment but body decided changing diet and exercise was not enough. As long as she will have me as a patient I will have no other doctor even try to manage my diabetes.

I was a patient here for over 8 years i loved Dr Ahmed she was kind, generous, and really cared for her clients. But recently she got a new office manager as he is rude, inconsiderate, and he detrimental to her office. I drove 2 hours for an appointment for him to be rude and made me leave for forgetting my insurance card i hate that he is ruining her business.

Dr. Ahmed is a good doctor. She definitely helped my mom get her diabetes under control. Her nurse is wonderful! BUT HER HUSBAND, who is the office manager, is horrible. He is not friendly, he's kind of a bully. He tried to charge my mother $20 for a question asked over the phone. When we told him to send a bill, he said he wouldn't do it. It's so sad how some staff can cause a good doctor to lose patients. I would rate Dr. Ahmed a 5, her nurse a 5, but her husband is a 1.

I’ve never worked for such a rude, disrespectful office. They treat the employees like trash and talk to you like a child, correcting you for small unimportant things constantly over and over again. They will yell at you and snatch papers out of your hand for no reason. They take cash only and make up their own copays, I’ve never seen such furious patients. These Arabic people are SCAMMERS! I have seen it first hand! They will up charge for everything and won’t ever call you back with any results. The husband is the office manager and he’s the worse! He Has NO INSURANCE OR MEDICAL EXPERIENCE AND RUNS THE OFFICE! FORGETS EVERYTHING YOU TELL HIM ND JUST MAKES IT UP AS HE GOES AND BLAMES EVERYONE ELSE. HANGS UP ON PATIENTS, yells at you and scolds you if you reschedule an appointment. You are only allowed 3 reschedules and they fire you no matter if you have been ill or not they don’t care. They will charge your insurance for something you didn’t even do! BEAWARE!
