I went in for my monthly appointment which I knew well in advance I had and of course I had cocaine in my urine sample....every smart person goes to an appointment knowing they are going to urine test you...really??? I have never in my life touched a drug especially cocaine that was not subscribed for me. I was getting a Butraine patch....really and I have cocaine that showed up? OMG...the nurse practitioner came in and said; I'm so sorry we can't refill your patches. I was dumbfounded!She would not let me talk to the Doctor and I was furious. Really, are you kidding me. Can't you retest me something is terribly wrong here.I stormed out of that office and went straight to a drug testing lab to have my blood and urine tested. Both negative for cocaine, but positive for the patch I was on.The Practitioner at the lab/clinic ask me can I see your papers. There were several discrepancies on the paperwork. I flew out so upset I didn't even look at the papers. The seal was broken on the sample when it was received and tested 13 days after received, not to have been tested after 3 days.I mean....I'm sure they hear everyday. I've never done drugs in my life. But not to even allow me to see the doctor or retest me before giving me anything else. Especially to accuse me and not even recheck it. My butraine patch didn't even show up. The only thing that had shown up was cocaine and I had my patch on. I was also having ECT propofol twice a week and being put to sleep with the Michael Jackson drug... anesthetic propofol and I had had a treatment that morning and do you think that would have shown up??? No....come on!!!!

Nurse Practitioner and Staff is rude in the back. Discrimination is certainly a factor! They don't listen to or care how you really feel and will not change meds even if they aren't helping. I wouldn't refer ANYONE there.

I have read some reviews that aren’t too flattering but I must say that I have had great experiences. My only problem per say is that I don’t really like seeing the Nurse Practitioner , I prefer seeing Dr. Allen. I have had Drs that didn’t care about me, just my money, it’s not like that with Dr. Allen. He always greets me with a smile. His staff is always polite and helpful. I would rate him an absolute 10.
