I am very worried about going after reading all the comments. But I was really happy the way the appt turned out. He explained everything was funny. He answered all my questions. The staff was very nice.

Visited the doctor, Kandaswamy J today with my husband. Usually see the Nurse practitioner who is very good. Dr Kandaswamy J. was very rude today. My husband asked him some questions about some medication he is taking and Dr. J told him he should not be reading on the internet and that next time bring him the article(s). Surely this was a time for the doctor to explain and elaborate on why not to read on the internet? Later during the same visit, I asked the doctor to repeat something he had said because i did not hear all of his answer and he told me that I had heard what he said?!!. I asked him to please repeat and he told me, No! Once again, very rude. I explained to the doctor that his bedside manner was very undesirable. My husband will be looking for another doctor who is willing to answer the patient and patient's wife's questions.

This doctor is very rude and feels he can speak to you any way that he wants to . He does not want to answer your questions. Does not want your family to ask any questions. His Physician assistant will say one thing and he tells you a completely different story. They are not on one page at all. I will be finding a doctor in Houston Texas He has a very TERRIBLE manner. Then has the nerve to ask for payment after he has done nothing and disrespected you. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be filling a complaint with the State. Before you choose this Doctor, please do more research, because you just might end up loosing your life. Very arrogant but needs our money for his day to day living. No wonder he has only a 3.5 rating .

Very rude, unprofessional, arrogant for nothing. Does not now how to speak to patients. Doesn’t want to answer questions. Does not want to explain what is happening with your body . Very sorry customer service. Found a Doctor in Houston Texas and I have contacted the the State. Not worth your time or your money .

Have been treated by Dr. Jayaraj & his group for years. He is caring, highly intelligent, and easy to talk to. His Nurse Practitioners are among the best I've seen. Highly trust his practice, staff, and their expertise and knowledge.

Extremely rude staff. Impossible to receive the help you need.

Dr J is awesome and I loved his bedside manners, but his staff was rude and incompetent.

I meet docter very nice & gentle, i got very special care with treatment. i recommend to my family& freinds.

I used Jraug when I was pregnant. I don't care how many articles he has written, he ab And I jemust couldn't get get along. I think it was just a personality clash because he is a very very good doctor.

Going to tell me how I feel when my sugar high! Really? Looking for new Dr. Too many nurse practitioner turner overs!
