Called the office 1.19.22 to report someone who I know for a fact is an active covid positive adult bringing in an infant for an appointment. (My mother brought her to the hospital) This person tested positive 6 days ago in the hospital and has not had a second test. I was bypassed by Kayla the "office manager" who stated the adult is her sister and she "knows" she is over the virus. However, again, this person is 6 days out from the hospital and has not tested negative. I highly doubt the message got to the appropriate personnel and I would suggest to the Dr. an immediate change in staff. Be careful going into this office.

The wait times are ridiculous. Everytime I've been here with a scheduled appointment, someone comes and checks in AFTER me and is still seen before me. The wait time is NEVER less than 45mins-hour.

Amazing! Every time I bring my kids there the front desk ladies are super sweet and helpful and I love Dr. Bell and Kirsten. I will never take my kids anywhere else!

Did not send in referral as promised. Both Kirsten and the front desk verified they would send the referral over.They never sent it. I had to cancel an appointment I scheduled in advance for weeks.

Where do we start front desk was rude too lazy to slide the front window to acknowledge you instead will pass an order to slide the window.....Doc was fine going for whole one year they refused us service due to 3 late tardiness unacceptable should have properly communicated regards this matter and doc didn't bother to discuss or give us fair chance!!!!Will not recommend this place!!!!Poor customer service!!!Be prepared to switch to a different doc after 1 yr.....without any heads up!!!

The doctors and staff are amazing!!4 stars because I felt like the place was not very clean. The waiting room (well kids side) had toys and a play mat with bricks , etc.. the toys were absolutely filthy. It was obvious the waiting room was not disenfected/cleaned on a regular basis.Please clean the waiting rooms! Your patients spend a portion of their visit in them

Amazing office personnel that truly cares for the kids and parents. They all take time to explain and help you. Rather on the phone or in person, you are never a number or rushed through. Great doctor and staff..

We have always used Doctor Bell until the office problems, now we are back at the new office. We are very happy to have him looking after both of our children. His staff is amazing and he always has answers. Highly reccomend.
