List of Dfw Healthcare Partners Llc's Reviews
Dr. Haider is arrogant, pompous and cold. He needs to go back to school to learn how to interact with elderly patients. He was just rude and dismissive of my senior citizen relative. My relative will be going elsewhere now. I only wish I could give him zero stars.
Dr. Munawar Haider is a terrible doctor. I was referred to see him because of my anxiety and depression by one of his colleagues NP King. She said the doctor may have some tidbits of info to help me combat these issues. I have been dealing with grief issues from the passing of my grandma and step dad due to covid. When I got to the appointment with Dr. Haider he asked me what was going on? I started to tell him my story of the issues I have been having. He interrupted me and paused me to leave the room to grab his cell phone. When he came back he told me to continue. As I did, he was texting on his cell phone with the notifications turned on loud. Every time a text message came through on his phone it would ding. I was not finished telling him everything that was going on and he interrupted me to tell me he was going to refer me to a psychiatrist. He went to get a referral. When he came back he left the door open and had one leg facing the door. I still had questions. I asked him politely to close the door, as I did not want the whole office hearing my personal issues. He closed it a little bit but still left the door open. I had to physically reach over and close the door and at that point I asked him if he even wanted to be here right now. He gave me some vague answer and told me he would be right back and left me in the office for 30 minutes and never came back. I saw him in the hallway and asked if he was coming back. He told me yes and left me in the room again for another 20 minutes. I complained to the office manager at this point and told her I was thinking of going to see another doctor. Well, she took it upon herself to mark me as inactive patient (without informing me) and so when I called for my monthly medications that I have to take they informed me they would no longer be filling my medication. I am on anti depressants that can not abruptly be stopped. There is something called antidepressant discontinuation syndrome that can arise if you stop taking your medicine cold turkey. He should be weaning me off the medication if he no longer wants to see me or prescribe me medication. At this point I feel like this is considered patient abandonment and I will be filing a formal complaint to any board of medicine I can find. I wanted to start with Google reviews first. Please take my advice and look for a caring sweet doctor who wants nothing but the best for his patients. Munawar Haider is not that doctor.
Although I think Dr. Smith is an awesome Doctor. Amy who is the office manager is very unprofessional. Doesn't take patients seriously. Does not listen to the patient, when conversing over talks and tries to rush off the phone. Does not follow up as promised with referrals or appointments. Office is understaffed and never answers the phone during business hours you have to continuously call or leave messages to get a call back. Callbacks are not always same day. Great doctor horrible staff.
I am 1 pissed off patient. 1st you keep me in your office for 2 hours. Call in a prescription to Walmart on Pipeline for 45 days worth of Tylenol 3 Only to call back and cancel the order the same fing day.... WTF. I,m in serious pain, and need pain management. Than your phone #s on your referrals for your office are wrong You people are so stupid that there,s signs posted out front of your bldg. that are also the wrong #s I talked to the head of phiscal therapy and he told me , that he,s told you people countless times about the posting of wrong phone #s and you idiots Morons do absolutely nothing to make it right. Your the last dumb ass out fit that I would want as a PCP So you can shove your paperwork where the sun dont shine. Not only am I publishing this in YELP I,m publishing your incompinit bullshit on My neighborhood blog KELMONT PARK. so a few thousand people will know what a bunch of MORONS you people are. Also calling Wellcare to tell them not to pay you a cent. You treated me Like Dirt,,,,,, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse you need to be fired.
Horrible. Never answers phones. Have lost urine samples, no communication, no communication. Poor attitudes from staff. Do not recommend this place.
Was looking for a new Dr. found theses guys and told them what I was looking for said sure come on in. Just left without seeing Dr. so happy I asked if they could do the procedure beforehand and now can’t. Feel lied to now to find a new truthful Dr in the area. It is really bad when they tell you one thing then do another. Keep moving in from this place.
Dr Smith and his staff provided care for my mother who introduced him to me. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Nobody answers the phone it’s crazy they are terrible
Dr Haider has provided me with exceptional care over the past 3 years. He is professional but with a heart. I have had some issues that required a specialist & Dr Haider knew who I should see. I trust Dr Haider & I'm thankful he is my PCP.Since moving to his new location on Forest Ridge, it is like a penthouse compared to his last office. His office staff is exceptional as well, especially now that they are not running into each other.
Dr Haider ... very good doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
