The PA who assisted me - Caitlin - was fantastic!! She removed 5 samples for biopsies. She and her assistant were very thorough and explained everything in detail that was easy to understand.

I'd decided to make an all over skin examination a yearly thing. I'm glad I chose this practice. The office staff was great. Dr. Fuller and his assistant made me feel at ease and explained everything to me fully. I'm sticking with them and fully recommending this practice to anyone for their skin care needs.

Uffssss. It’s very hard on this location and very bad experience with staff and appointment or other support team behavior they did with me , I have appointment with Jorge Roman on 09/04/2024 @ 4:00 PM that is my 2nd follow-up but it’s was referral from my pcp , I got call 3 time from clinic for remaining also text massage from auto protocol system to confirm appointment , When I went there the staff tell me your referral is expire we need the another referral My first appointment time about 1 month different then my second appointment , how’s is possible normally referral works for 3 month ,? If referral expire who have a responsible whey should tell me before confirm the appointment ,they should call my pcp to get another referral , they should inform me at least 1 week before , they told me front side the desk , the staff behavior is very bad she is talking like ( I ask to took money from her ) rude, I took off from my work , I drive 1 Hour 1 way it’s very bad experience with them They need to replace front side desk employee or train them how to deal and follow up with customer ,I permise I never visit again if they do not make a change
