Staff was attentive and very friendly. I did not feel rushed and felt that I had a thorough exam. It was nice to have staff assist in choosing the frames. Excellent care!

A bad experience. He had his back to me and said very little. It was an insult to me. No prices was told to me he just added his total price and even told his assistant to charge $25 for changes. Being a senior he assumed I would not come back $628 for one pair of glasses—I can see better with my old pair——I have never been treated that way—-he may be going thru a difficult time financially but it’s not a reason to act the way he did—

Inept: 1) Misread my chart. I reported that I use a computer a great deal of the day and also use reading glasses. When prescribing bifocals, Dr Latham failed to consider Computer lenses as an option, as opposed to Driving/Reading lenses. I learned of computer lenses during my search and brought it to his attention in a follow up visit. 2) Misdiagnosed my condition. I purchased glasses and ended up having dry eye (diagnosed by another Drs ASSISTANT. 3) Cost me $850 of near worthless glasses

Very personable & good with kids & adults. We've never waited long for our appts & the office staff is also friendly & helpful. I've recommended Dr Latham & his office to several people. Their office location is especially convenient for anyone bringing kids from Meadow Creek, Harwood Jr High or Spring Garden.
