I don’t know if Dr. Vallery was having a bad day, but her bedside manner in the L&D ED was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced. She was flat out rude and it was unnecessary and unappreciated. She made the situation worse by berating my daughter for missing an appointment (She’s not my daughter’s doctor.) rather than explain what she was experiencing. Should we have to go back to the ER and Dr. Vallery is the one on duty, I would immediately request a different doctor.

Dr. Vallery is awesome. She has great bed side manner and also a few jokes up her sleeve. That being said she is also very professional and serious when it comes down to my health. I really appreciate her.

Dr. Vallery was there for me in every step in my pregnancy. She made me feel like a priority. The way she listened to my concerns and addressed them. I had a fairly difficult labor being high-risk and Dr. Vallery delivered my baby at 1am!!! She was there the very next day bright and early. I’m going to miss having her as my OBGYN only because I recently moved from the area. Thank you, Dr. Vallery!

Dr.Vallery is great! But her staff-front office staff, they are absolutely not helpful ! It is so difficult to see Dr.Valler- Every my visit, I need to wait 30minutes- 1.5 hours which passing my appointment time to see the doctor. One time I even waited for 3 hours! Last visit they made me to wait for one hour and 45 minutes, during the time I asked twice how long time I need to wait And when you call the front office, the staff are rude. One time I just want to check if there were an available appointments on a certain day, and they asked me 10 more questions which very detailed about my visiting—it takes like 10 minutes, and after then she told me they don’t have any available spots!! Then Why don’t you tell me at the begging, why you asked so many detailed medical reasons!? Dr.Vallery should to move her office to the other location with different staff!!

Dr. Vallery was amazing during my pregnancy and delivery. Her and her staff always made me feel Like I was welcome there and always reassured me with my concerns. I definitely always recommend her to my friends if they are looking for a great OB

The best experience ever! To the office staff and Dr. Vallery. Everyone was kind, considerate and professional. My last OB experience was awful, I searched and searched for a new Doctor and they came highly recommended and I was not disappointed at all. Kudos to you and your staff Dr. Vallery!

Dr. Vallery is the best gynecologist I have ever gone to. I am 67 and have experienced a lot of female issues in my lifetime, such as yeast and bacteria problems to a very difficult childbirth and corrective surgeries. She is the most kind and knowledgeable and most thorough gynecologist. I just love how thorough she is and spot on with her diagnosis. Her staff are all really sweet too. Thank you Dr. Vallery and staff for making my life better!

I would've given this review a 5 star . Dr. Vallery was wonderful, and I highly recommend her. She delivered my first child at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, her services and the hospital made for a wonderful delivery experience. l felt completely comfortable and confident with her and would absolutely recommend her to any friends .
