Dr. Robert's is the most caring, patient, thorough detailed PCP I've ever experienced in 20 yrs. If there was 10 ✨ ✨⭐ stars she is worth 10 ⭐ thank you Dr. Robert's for everything you've done!

I hate to leave a negative review but I have to WARN other people for Dr Kyley Roberts of the risk for being overcharged. Long story short: Dr Roberts insisted to got me a appointment so she “could talk about my blood work result”. Although I was able to see my result on the patients portal and everything looked normal. I called and asked to remove my appointment. They called me later on and told me that Dr Roberts wants to schedule a telecom instead. I asked about the reason the only thing they could say Dr Robert want talk with you! I trusted them and let them schedule one, because I thought maybe something is wrong?! Why else would a dr want to talk with you? Dr Robert called and told me “everything looked good” wow what a surprise! That could’ve been left as a note on my patient portal. Few days later I got a bill of course for this phone call. Dr Robert took advantage of me who’s not fluent in English and maybe she also thought not smart enough to tell the difference or unaware of my rights. I’ve been living in the US for more than 5 years. I’ve seen several Dr before her and No one has doing something like that before, they always leave a note unless something is wrong and need to be discussed. A respected Dr would never overcharge a patient. Let this be a lesson to you Dr Roberts and think twice before you take advantage and overcharge a patient. I’ll warn everyone from this kind of Dr. Worth mentioning, Debra from the Dr office showed respect and understanding but unfortunately was unable to solve the issue
