Cronic sever pain after surgery

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, from front office to nurses. Quickly scheduled my surgery, and took fantastic care of me. Highly recommend to anyone, you'll love them. They don't waste any time at all, and it's amazing how they are just straight to the point. Dr. Grays is funny and nice, as busy as he is. They don't treat you like a child. If you have questions, make a list and ask! This is one doctor's office you can take a leap of faith and land comfortably in better health. In surgery, Dr. Grays has incredible nurses that will make you feel comfortable, safe, and informed. He was happy, friendly, and super energetic when he talked to me before surgery.. AWFUL BESIDE manner, rude, discourtious office managers. I wouldn't send my dog here after the service received here..if I could give zero stars I would.

Dr. Grays has been nothing short of a blessing to me. He has taken excellent care of me and made sure I am receiving the best care. I can tell how much he cares not only about me but all of his patients. He truly goes above and beyond for those in his care.

Horrible bedside manner, RUDE discourteous office manager. Wanted to do surgery before even seeing me!! He's Fraud just wants to file claims on your insurance! Don't go!

If I could I would put a 0...but there was none...i was scheduled for surgery next week. Last evening I had such severe pains I almost passed out, vomiting, sweating...called on call 3 times ...NO CALL BACK DR GRAYS WAS DR ON CALL...I called office next morning to find out why I never got a call back..office manager was very rude...if a dr doesn't not have the common courtesy to call be back when I am having a severe attack..I don't want him cutting on me...

Friendly and caring staff. They are very accommodating. Dr Grays listens and actually hears concerns. I’m very pleased with the procedures I’ve had.

Dr. Grays is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for years and feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of by him. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a general surgeon. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and approachable. I always have a good experience with him. I trust his opinion on other physicians outside his specialty that he had recommended to me as well.
