I am writing here about the lack of courtesy for a patient when they are out of their daily medicine. I could not get an appointment until January but I am out of my daily medicine. The doctor refused to refill my prescription when the pharmacy called to have it renewed. I was told that I needed an appointment. Seems no one checked to see if I had an appointment. And to be told that I cannot have my medicine refilled for a few months until my appointment seems cold and uncaring. I have never had a doctor do that to me before.

Dr. Venkatesh is the best doctor I've ever been to. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. She listens to what you have to say and explains all the different options you can choose. She is very personable and professional. She does a great job of summarizing everything she said at the end of the visit. She is so patient and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her!

Be aware of the pricing. They tell you one thing at the front desk and you get billed for another. When you try and pay your bill over the phone, you are on hold forever and they are rude. I felt like they were trying to just upsale everything. The doctor was amazing but the front desk was rude and misleading. Never will be back here again.

Dr. Venkatesh is the best doctor I have ever been to! She really knows a lot and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. She's very professional and personable. I've been going to her about 5 years now and I would highly recommend her. I have horrible allergies and I feel like she has saved my life!

While Dr V is a WONDERFUL doctor and deserves 5 stars, this review is directed to the rest of the clinic. I have been waiting on lab results for my daughter’s food allergy. The results have already been sent to the clinic from LabCorp, but the clinic has not yet called me to tell me if my daughter will be okay to eat eggs & peanuts. I tried to call to ask if a nurse could call me to review the results but the receptionist was very rude and just brushed me off as an inconvenience to her.

She is nothing short of amazing. I have a rare diagnosis of EoE, and many allergist were unable to help. This physician takes time to listen and treat each patient as if they truely matter.
