Dr. Tran was very friendly. She was gentle when examining me and I felt like she was genuinely concerned about my pain. All my questions were answered and explained to me in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Dr. Elise Tran! And Tiffany was also great! Her and her staff went above and beyond to take care of me.

Doctor Zhang was attentive to my questions and informative with his answers. We discussed where my pain was and what we should do. I asked for a prescription for a lift for my left foot which he gave me and told me where I could get it. His assistant Christy was professional in every way and asked all the right questions to allow the doctor to know my concerns. All together made my trip informative and pleasant with a good feeling toward the Spine Team.

This was our first visit to Spine team. The office staff was very nice and Dr. Tran was awesome. She takes her time, she listens, and she does not rush you. Very impressive!!

Dr Tran and Dwayne Collins were horrible. I requested DMX xrays and neither one would order them. Mr Collins said just by looking at me he could tell I dont have nerve compression even though I told him I feel spine pain and nerve sensations all down my spine. I also have headaches. He only took xrays and refused to take updated MRIs even when I pleaded and cried on the phone. I asked for pain relief and all he could offer was a steroid shot that lasted a few days that wouldn't have even been placed in the back. Neither provider took my pain seriously. They gaslighted me out the door and when I asked for a patient advocate or nurse they just told me to go back to the same doctors. Come to find out, I have bone spurs and other issues that Spine Team refused to investigate and diagnose. Awful. Learn how to listen to your patients and take them seriously. Providers like this are why suicidal rate is so high with chronic pain patients. To add to it, they told me I had a balance for the xrays when I didn't even want them because I knew a standard xray wouldn't show soft tissue.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Zhang took his time to explain my MRI and xray results. He showed me my imaging views and explained in detail everything going on in my neck. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Zhang.
