So glad I chose this location for my surgery. I was very nervous. So I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the ALL the staff from the front desk to the recovery Nurse who wheeled me to my car. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. And of course I have the best Doctor Ifeanyl Anusionwu. I am blessed.

Not sure why when scheduling procedures they don’t know how long to schedule them for, making the patient have to wait longer for a surgery they need. Super frustrated already and I haven’t had surgery yet. Sad part was I had called them to figure out financials and nothing was said to me at that time only to call back because they haven’t worked up my case yet. Now my anxiety is kicking in.

I had to get a biopsy here and man was everything perfect. They checked me in and out rather quickly and their staff was friendly. They were informative about how things would play out and got me out as soon as I was able to go home. That’s all I can ask for.

Decided a day before my procedure to tell me they dont take my insurance. They had 2 weeks to let me know. Left messages to speak to the supervisor but no response. Very unprofessional and dont care for their patients well being.

I had foot surgery in November and was apprehensive about having it at a surgery center. Everyone was extremely nice and patient. Even though I said I wasn't nervous when asked, it was evident on my face. The nurses constantly check in with you, making sure you are ok. The anesthesiologist is awesome. He took time to engage me in conversation about my braces to take my mind off of the surgery. It worked and all went well!

I had foot surgery in November and was very nervous as this was my first time at a " surgery center." Everyone was extremely attentive and the anesthesiologist put me at ease with conversation about my braces. By the time I actually went back, I was totally at ease and really pleased with the great customer service provided!

I had a procedure done today. The facility was clean they took all kinds of precautions to make you feel safe during this time with Covid 19. Everyone was nice & friendly. They made sure that I was comfortable and answered any questions that I had.
