Venkatesan Vidi's Online Review Report Card

While waiting for Dr. Vidi, I overheard him, the nurses, and two young ladies shadowing Dr. Vidi begin to read my patient profile. One of the ladies shadowing asked Dr. Vidi what Erythromalalgia is, and he explained that "oh... I think that is when you get red?." I have no problem with this as they are trying to learn, but then they all began laughing about my condition (that I continue to deal with) as well as other things about me such as my Raynaud's diagnosis (yes I have both) and other personal things about me. While seeing Dr. Vidi, he was very arrogant and rude at times. It looked like he was trying to show off in front of the two individuals that were shadowing him. When they stepped out, I heard one of the girls saying "did you see how red he got?" Very disappointed that they would talk and laugh about a patient's health and what they look like right outside their door! I would like to say Dr. Vidi did call and apologize but it does not make what he and the others did right.

Dr. Vidi is a joy to have as a doctor. He is caring & very informative when speaking with him during an appointment.

Just wanted to share a word or two about Dr. Vidi. He is a highly knowledgeable doctor with a bedside manner that extends far beyond the bed. He and his staff go out of their way to make your dealings with them painless and convenient and I cannot recommend them all enough. The level of care you will receive will exceed your expectations every time.

I have seen doctor Vidi for a few years now. He is fantastic! He kind of saved my life, in the sense that, he did not waste anytime, got me in quick and ran all the tests and set me up with a heart surgeon Doctor Timothy George. Had an aortic valve replacement and a bypass surgery. It’s been 69 days and am doing good ??

Dr. Vidi was so wonderful, friendly, and extremely attentive, listening to every word I spoke regarding my concerns, symptoms, and questions. My husband who accompanied me on the Doctor's visit was amazed at how thorough Dr. Vidi was especially in family history questions and follow up testing. I felt very confident with his exam and results. Very fine and caring physician, most definitely would recommend him to all in need.

Dr. Vidi prescribed me a device from BDX Solution that can monitor my heart rhythm, however without informing me that this is not covered by my insurance. It was a small disposable electronic button-like device. Dr. Vidi asked me to wear it for 72 hours and drop it back to his office. Then I received a $890+ bill.

I'm trying to refill my medicine for more than 5days and there is no answer.

Dr. Vidi Practice Manager was excellent in getting me in with my appointment and his staff is wonderful. Great office will recommend with no hesitation.
