Outstanding PA, Nurse, and friendly knowledgeable staff.

I quit counting the years I’ve gone to Richard. I just absolutely adore and love him, he’s great! I never have to wait when I’m there. I can be honest and talk to him about anything! When I bring my young daughter he’s always trying to get her to laugh. One time he literally got on the ground to do the worm lol. He’s great I’d recommend him to anyone!

They did not inform patients that Dr Parsons was no longer with them but making appt as if he is still with the practice. Dr Parsons ordered tests what good was it for these tests ordered when no one is there to sign orders for more testing orders sent 3 times they were going to cancel my appt, so I called all offices to get someone to sign the orders, noonecwould return a call the receptionist in the Benbrook office said she was messaging Lewisville office but heard nothing, so I went personally to pick up the orders from the clinic and took it over personally to the Lewisville office they told me they would turn to get it signed by the PA told them I would be back at 4:30 to pick the orders up. They signed it finally, This is no way to run a Dr practice or office and they are calling this a medical practice! Well it’s a practice to close clinics and fire drs,Maybe you need to put patients as priority. This is exactly what they did to Justin medical same doctor owned the clinic , there was no reason why they just shut the doors to the practice in Justin and transferred patients to the Lewisville office, same exact thing again, seems like this is a pattern for Dr Herrera to run his practice and offices. They never told the patients anything never sent a letter to inform them of this.BEWARE If your looking for a Dr do not Look at YOUR FAMILY MEDICAL, keep looking or you will be looking down the road. Terrible Terrible health care practice. This is NOT a professional doctor Or medical practice. No one can tell you anything. BEWARE you use Herrera’s Your Family Medical you will be putting yourself in a bad spot maybe not right now but you will..

Boyd Family Medical is great. Tiffany & Chelsey are awesome. They truly care about their patients & seek to help as much as humanly possible. highly recommend this group, especially this office location.

I was already very familiar with HRT and thought I was managing correctly. Tiffany Hall looked over my recent labs and was quick to offer some adjustments. After one simple visit, I contacted several people to tell them about her practice. Highly highly recommend Tiffany and her super nice staff.

Justin location has an amazing staff! Although I do not recommend seeing the PA Kevin Davis! He sent me home with all kinds of samples, most cases that would be fine but not when Davis gives you 2 different migraine meds and never asked if the one you are on is working! My neurologist recommended not taking the sample meds and staying on what works! Also some samples that did work are considered new meds (pushing the samples on me ) and ran over $300 for the script!! No thank you! I’d rather see someone who actually cares enough about the person sitting in front of them rather than the pharmaceutical companies! I am a person not a number! The girls in the office are very helpful and you could tell they also got frustrated when he would order a med but take months to do a pre authorization.. doesn’t take that long! I love small town Justin but Kevin Davis is not the one for me or for Justin residents!

Staff is very friendly. No long wait times. I have called an spoken with a staff member, no hold time. You get a small town family feel when you walk in.
