Same as other reviews below. Scheduling something with them takes for ever. We wasted an hour of our time trying to get something scheduled and it still did not happen. What is the point of having an online form to request appointment when you dont use it? Please improve your scheduling process. Having someone wait on the phone for long time and then to pick up and say you got the wrong person and let me transfer to right now is not right.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY AS YOUR PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR My doctor was great but the receptionist is HORRIBLE She is always rude and never helpful They never answer their phone. The recording takes you through several prompts just to tell you they will eventually call you back. If you decide to hold be ready to wait it will be 20 minutes just to make an appt if they have one. On at least 2 occasionals I decided it would be quicker to drive to the office to talk to someone. On both occasions I walked into an empty waiting room and was meet by a rude receptionist. The rude person has short blonde hair and sits to the right.

Im not sure what the problem with scheduling is but Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment. Im pretty sure this office out in Bee Cave isnt busy enough to justify such a long wait time.

Dr.Adriana Pratt is amazing. She gets straight to the point and also very friendly. She was able to find the solution to my problem right away. She waisted no time made sure to get the lab results in diagnostics and called with the results right away. Very attentive and helpful If you’re looking for a primary care doctor Dr.Pratt will take care of you.

They charge patients unnecessarily. Also Doctors dont reply to your messages ever. Definitely changing the clinic and doctor.

I’ve had several positive experiences scheduling having labs done and consulting with my physician at ARC. The staff was friendly and my labs were performed and available within minutes. Thank you ARC for creating a wellintegrated system for helping people feel better.

Beware of this ARC Bee Cave location They will overcharge you by double the amount of any other general physician in the area and bill your insurance with a wrong code so ultimately you end up paying double the amount out of your own pocket. They will put a wrong diagnosis which will cause the insurance to reject your claim. The front desk and the billing department are in cahoots to cheat you out of your money. The front desk staff are not at all helpful in fixing their wrong billing issues. Avoid this location if you do not want to be paying more than double of a normal doctor visit on your own.

I came to my appointment early and I was sick and had a injured leg and I cannot walk normally. I wated more than 30 minutes for Doctor Adrianna Pratt and no one came to tell me when she would see me. I finally left because I was feeling sicker. This was unprofessional.

All the staff is very friendly. Dr. Nugent actually listens to concerns and shares a geniune caring opinion. He never rushes and always asks if you are comfortable with the medical plan of action. Hands down Best Doctor in Texas .

I have never had a more unpleasant experience with a clinic and their staff ever. I don’t know how many nurses I need to talk to in order to get a prescription called in correctly.I saw the doctor only to discuss prescriptions and renewals. Not only was one prescription not renewed it was completely removed at the pharmacy. So i called the clinic it took 2 hours to contact a nurse who should then relay the message to the doctor. They still didn’t get it right and the nurse didn’t seem engaged in the conversation at all. I am assuming it will take another 2 hour phone call to MAYBE get this figured out. So here I am a week after I saw the doctor with not all the prescriptions we discussed. It’s so disappointing. I really wanted to have a permanent doctor here in town but I don’t understand how something so simple is consistently messed up. It should not be this hard to do something so simple covid or not it makes no sense.
