Lady who works there by the name of Ashley stole out of my bag while I was speaking with another employee. So far they are not doing anything about it and are sweeping it under the rug. Do not go here!

My mother had an ugly growth removed from her pelvis a couple of months ago. After it was biopsied, it came back as poro-carcinoma. Long story short mom's fine, but Dr. Thrash and Dr. Mamalek were a tremendous help. They were prompt, they listened and explained (I ask a lot of questions), and followed up with help when needed.

Highly recommend Fresh Dermatology and I've convinced 2 friends to go here as well. Maria Jones, PA-C is amazing. She is knowledgeable, always on time, super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. They moved offices from Lakeway to Sanova and for me it's better. Parking is WAY better and the front staff at Sanova are almost over-the-top friendly and helpful. If you need a Dermatologist (which everybody does in my opinion to get annual skin checks) then I suggest you contact them right away and schedule an appointment with Maria Jones, PA-C. You won't regret it!

My 18 yo son went in with whiteheads all over on his face. We thought we made an appointment with the doctor. Nope. Bait and switch. Merely a PA. Who told him he really didn’t have acne. He was past that. The current white-heads magically would go away - how they knew that I have no idea. His skin got worse, of course. This clinic said what he did need was a very expensive procedure to remove his acne scars. They said this because there is little to no money in writing scrips that help with acne. This clinic makes money on procedures. If they don’t address my sons acne, then we, theoretically, will only be returning again and again to get a scars removed. Mo money, mo money, mo mo mo money! I don’t understand any medical clinic that overtly lies to a patient especially when the condition is so very obvious. What they did was attempt to use the insecurity of a teenager to their advantage. Physicians should “first do no harm”. All this clinic did was harm

The dr did a complete skin check on my entire body and made me feel comfortable in the process. She was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in the process. She also answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time instead of rushing me out. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient since I first arrived to LAKEWAY nearly 7 years ago. Each appointment is tailored to my needs and/or concerns. I never feel rushed, yet the practice is very efficient. Thank you Dr. Thrash, Maria, Lisa and April for your kindness and professionalism:)

Very efficient staff and Doctor. Showed up few minutes prior to appointment time and was in exam room per schedule appointment time. Nice facility. good location on Lakeway Blv& 620.
