Hands down the BEST medical care I have ever received. I hate going to the ER I've been to several ERs and have always been dismissed. All the nurses and doctors at this location are heaven sent. They took the time to listen to my symptoms and provided me with the best solutions to help me. I cannot thank them enough for the superior care I received during my overnight stay. My nurses Melissa, Stephanie, Cris, Tayla, Dr. Quintanilla, Dr. Rajan, and Dr. Zaidi have been my guardian angels throughout this whole process. I will never go to another ER, they all made it feel like home. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TRUE HEROS!

Everyone was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable. My nurse Tayla was awesome. She was very caring and understanding. Made me her priority. Made sure I had everything I needed and made my transfer to the hospital easy as possible. Once again thank you Tayla.

One of the best ER experiences I have had. Quick, friendly and treatment of my bronchitis was quick after my shot I could hear a difference. Highly recommend Dr. Quintanilla, excellent treatment!

Bellaire ER is the best care I’ve ever received. They are fast, reliable, patient, and helpful. I came in for severe anemic symptoms and quickly received relief from the nurse Adriana and Dr.Q. I highly recommend coming here for any emergency needs!

Very prompt and convenient. The doctor Listened thoroughly to my concerns and symptoms. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel like a bother. The staff was full of respect patients,& offered much dignity. I will be a new forever patient

My uncle went in with leg pain crying... they gave him tylenol and an antibiotic prescription. We came to another ER hospital 2 days later and his leg got surgery. Don't take your loved ones here they're terribly neglectful.

These people does nothing short of caring for you. Stephanie, the nurse, awesome and caring. Seble, intake, equipped with skills. You won't be slighted, just honest info from doctor and out in gooood time. That would be the place to go 24/7.

Bellaire ER is one of the best ERs in the city. I visited Bellaire ER after accidentally badly injuring myself. They treated my wound very professionally by intervening quickly. I thank them for their kindness and friendly approach.
