I don&#39;t know how this place gets so many stars anytime I&#39;ve had any dealings with them it&#39;s been very inconvenient. Twice now I&#39;ve tried to use the app to login and spent 30 minutes inputting the information in a redundant cycle only to get frustrated finally and to call them and they say oh we&#39;re only taking walk-ins. Well maybe post that on your app? Why waste peoples time&#39;s especially when they don&#39;t feel well. The response from the employee was well I don&#39;t have control over the app. My response to that is notify someone who does.<br><br>And then they call/text you repeatedly about the past appoint that you made in the app but they had no record of. SMH

Went to get Covid tested, filled everything out.. they told me to go wait in my car. I waited for 3 hours, called the office to see about how much longer just to be informed the Covid team had already left and that it’ll be “a while….” Never again.

Covid testing here is a complete scam. They make you go through the ER and charge the ER fees. Don’t waste your time- find another Covid testing center.

This place is a scam, when you show up - at 1PM - the doors are closed, and the sign says "go to the ER two doors down when closed", ok, did that. Walk in, and what do I hear? "Oh, this is an ER visit, you have to pay an ER co-pay!", I asked them "But I just need urgent care", "oh, urgent care doesn't see patients at the moment". So, I turned around and walked out and went down the block for a much cleaner, friendlier, nicer office that didn't also hove at me 30 pages of paperwork. The other office, was as it should ALL DIGITAL!!!
