Everyone from the front desk to the care team were all very nice. LPN heard me not just listened. Put together a very easy plan of action. Place is clean. It was one hour from entrance to exit. Nothing negative to say about this place other than parking is awful. Edit: well 2 years later we needed a minor care so we went back bc we had such a great experiencethe first time. Things have gone downhill significantly since last visit. First visit my daughter smashed her finger in a door. The Dr said the skin had ripped off and just sent her home with it wrapped. No xray, no antibiotics, nothing. 2 days later, i took her into pcp (bc I told dr day before I thought the skin was smashed up under the wound) and low and behold....I was right. Skin needed to be pulled down but once that was done the skin wasn't salvageable due to being so moist. X ray showed a broken finger tip and she needed antibiotics due to lack of care in thw beginning. Then 2 days after that, I had to take son in for earache. Dr said he had ear infection and would call in his antibiotics...gave it 2 hours and went to pick it up- Dr never called it in. So over the place. Will be going to Vital Care from now on.

I was so impressed with the caring nature of the staff once I was taken back to the examination room. Everybody was so happy and eager to take care of me. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to NP Ms Flores who had my vision checked and right away knew the eye drops previously ordered by another clinic had not worked and ordered all the meds I did need! I cannot thank this clinic enough and I’m on my way to recovery. I will certainly go back
