Had to go to emergency room and when I got there I was taken back immediately. The e.r. doctor was wonderful. It was Dr bey. He diagnosed me with what little information I gave. Was keep for 3 days and ended up needing a cardiologist who was also very nice yet professional. Dr Schroff is great. Best experience I have ever had with a hospital.

ER nurses where great. The staff as you come in the ER need some training on dealing with sick people. The ER Doctors have the personality of a brick wall and the one on duty Sunday night10-17-21, never even came back in to explain what was going on. The nurse came in to take my wife to her hospital room and he gave us the most information.Wife was admitted to the hospital. They have limited diagnostic resources. The nurses are great and they made my wife comfortable. They got her stable enough to get out after three days but no resolution on underlying issue, but that was expected. Following up in Lubbock for tangible results.

SMMC is an awesome place with an amazing medical staff! Never have to wait to get seen. I’m in and out in no time. I live in sweetwater and I could of scheduled my appointment with the hospital here (they take forever and they are rude) but I rather drive 65 miles to SMMC knowing that I’m going to get the best care ever from some amazing people. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!

Nurses are wonderful!! Doctors just didn’t do there job. We had to take him to Midland when they discharged him. He was very ill and they just wanted him gone. Very dissatisfied
