Dr. Arrierta has been my primary eye doctor for the past 22 years. He has never disappointed me in fact he has made my transition over the years much easier and pleasant. He has a way of explaining things with a calmness and expertise that has been greatly appreciated. My entire family go see him for their needs and I know that they would agree with my opinions. 1) they are very accommodating to last minute requests if/when they're able! 2) everyone straight down to the receptionists are so pleasant and it seems like they must be very happy at their jobs which is so refreshing as compared to a couple other medical offices I've recently visited. 3) both optometrists are kind, they laugh, but they are also clearly knowledgeable and good at what they do. Honestly, I wish they were my dentist too. Fantastic practice that I am happy to support! Side note: the staff has also been so kind as to fix my sunglasses that my toddler stepped on for free. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr Arrieta is GREAT! Efficient, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and VERY Caring!!! We drive from Hondo to see him. We used to live in Boerne and we just can’t give him up. So Happy he remodeled his office. Wish him continued success....

Kudos to Lena at Dr Joseph Charles Arrieta's office. She has done a fabulous job problem solving the special needs with my eyes and glasses. Her patience with me has been the top. All the staff at Dr Arrietta's office are good people and execute their jobs superbly. I would highly recommend Dr Arrietta and his team. D Carol Kurmis.
