Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional at the front desk .Actually watched a man with injured leg leave after a 6 hour wait .Everyone in the er waiting room left after long wait times .Transferred my family member to South Texas and did not inform family . We had to become aggressive to find our family member !!!!

Worst hospital I’ve ever been too. Waited 3 hours with only one person ahead of me, for a Covid test, and still didn’t get seen. If I could give less than one star, I would.

If I could put less than one star I would. Terrible people. Horrible doctors and rude ER admittance people. Very unprofessional. Doctors refused to give a family member covid tests and told her she wasn’t sick with covid that it was just COPD, but she was admitted today by ambulance and tested positive for covid. The doctors don’t give two craps if their patients are dying. They’ll just hand out a narcotic and tell you to go on with your day. If you want to actually have your life saved. Don’t go to the Borger hospital. They’ll kill you faster than anything just because of negligence.

Recently went to Golden Plains Community Hospital for a procedure. The staff were efficient, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend GPCH!

The lady behind the ER desk was very rude and unprofessional. They was literally patients walking out cause the wait time. And also she yelled at them for asking on the wait time. And why in the hell is she wearing scrubs when she isn't part of the nursing staff. And also talked bad about Dr. Webber bringing people to get tested for covid. The hospital is a big joke. Pleastbusinsomewhere else

Been here since 11pm and now it's past one o'clock I will never come back here again they put us in a room and the Dr has never came to check up on us this is the worst place I have ever been to we barley seen the Dr at 3:38am and no one would come to check up on us until now
