Mauro Ganzon's Online Review Report Card

This office has the worst front office staff I have ever dealt with. Not only do they push patients 2-3 months out for appointments, they never return calls. They should get rid of their voicemail system as it obviously is not being utilized. No overall concern for patients, or their needs. Only what fits in the little check box on the little spreadsheet planner they use. Dr. Ganzon is great, but his appointments seem to be driven by greed more than patient relationships, and actual care. After 20 plus years I believe it is time for me to find a new provider. Last year I was switching jobs, and told them I would have a lapse in coverage, and asked for my appointment to be bumped up a week so I could get my medications refilled before my current insurance expired, and they flat out denied my request stating I would have to keep my scheduled appointment, or schedule it 90 days later when my new insurance took effect.

Dr. Ganzon has been my physician for nine years. I trust him so much that I now drive 45 minutes to see him since I moved. He has a great clinical staff, he's knowledgeable, never rushes a patient and listens intently as you explain your symptoms. I highly regard him with my treatments and the meds he prescribes.

Very personable, listens well, is very knowledgeable, diagnosed my skin cancer which my previous doctor never noticed, has a wonderful staff and nurse, I drive from Granbury (45 minutes) just to see him because I trust and respect him.

Military Doctors spent 17 months and struggled to diagnose me. Dr G took 90 days and one referral to a Rheumatologist to get my diagnosis and treatment. Best doctor I have ever had!

Dr. Ganzon is an incredible doctor. One of the best I’ve ever seen. However, his staff is a different story. His nurse Brooke, never returns phone calls. You always have to leave a message for her. One example, I was having horrible side effects to a new medication. I called twice, got nurse Brookes voice Mail each time. Each time I informed her that I was having horrible side effects and if I could please get a call back to find a solution. Never received a call back. I had to wean myself off the medication, and it was hell. Then if you call for an appointment whoever answers the phone are quick to say sorry there’s no available appointments. now they started excepting walk-ins, so I took my daughters up there to get their flu shots. When I went in and said I was there for a walk in one of the girls at the front desk just rolled her eyes and walked off. I really like Dr. Ganzon and the providers, but the nurse and the office staff are really making me want to change doctors.

I can't get them to answer the phone or return my messages. I've been trying to get my prescription refilled for 3 weeks now. The nurse can't seem to send the correct information to my insurance. I'm very unhappy with this office . I'm on the phone filling a complaint with the Doctors office. .

I make a longer drive to see this doctor, he's worth it. He is so personable, and he truly cares about his patients. He is never in and out; he spends time with me and makes sure I understand each diagnosis.

I have been with Dr Ganzon for 11 years now. He is a chill Dr. He is a doctor that knows his patients. Unlike going in to see someone and all you are us a chart. In fact he relocated from 7 miles from my home to 30 miles and I followed him. I always recommend him.

The most inconsiderate, uncaring and arrogant Dr I have ever seen in my life. Erin and his office staff are lazy and do not care about patients whatsoever. I called in my prescription refill on a Friday morning and here it is Monday afternoon and sick and tired of the excuses they have given. Everything from I'm sorry, I faxed it to the pharmacy yesterday, I will have the Dr Approve it, it must have been misplaced. I'm sick of being given the run around by these ppl. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK

Dr. Ganzon is a very nice man and very thorough. The office staff although nice as well is horrible about calling back to speak with a nurse when dealing with health issues. It was so bad I changed my kids to a different doctor. Even then it was an issue, they only sent part of my son's medical and didn't send my daughter's at all. Very unprofessional.
