Terrible bed side manners! I had a D&C and was in pain I asked her for pain meds and told me to stop bothering her that i had no baby in me and take whatever!

I've been seeing Dr. Martha through my 2nd pregnancy and she will be delivering my 2nd baby next week. She has been such a joy through my appointments and has taken all precautions with my pregnancy. She is such a sweet, kind, and caring doctor. My first was delivered by Dr. Dagaberto and he's also wonderful. Both doctors give great care. Sometimes the wait to see them is a bit long but I just see it as they are great doctors and everyone is trying to get in.

Es una doctora amargada , grosera y despot-a ya debería mejor retirarse si está cansada para atender bien y tratar con respeto a sus pacientes mi experiencia con ella hoy fue vergonzosa y decepciónante y sigo sin creer que una doctora pueda ser tan grosera , gritar y ofender a un paciente solo por preguntar si falta mucho para su cita mi cita era a las 10 de la mañana y eran 11:30 y todavía no me podían ni siquiera pasar a la habitación pregunté amablemente con la asistente si faltaba mucho para que se me atendiera y la asistente amablemente le pregunto y de ahí comenzó a cuestionarme y a insultarme y a decirme que si mi cita no es importante para que yo espere no la esté haciendo perder el tiempo que me fuera o que hiciera otra cita pero gritándome delante de pacientes y su personal ⏱y le expliqué un asunto personal x el q estaba pasando por el cual yo tenía un poco de prisa y en vez de comprender la situación se puso a insultarme así que por favor si en verdad te sientes mal y quieres atención amabilidad y respeto con mucha calidad humana no vayas a Que te atienda ella …..

Martha is the wife of the doctor who owns this clinic. He is never in, so his wife is in charge. I had a terrible experience during my visit. The patient rooms are very dirty with dirt in the crescent of the benches. I broke out in a bad rash and when I returned the following day to speak to a supervisor, I was referred to her. She interrupted me many times saying my allwrgic reaction rash was from the paranoia of covid and not because of any other possibilities . Which was ridiculous of her to say that. It was a conversation going no where and she didn't even look at my rash nor try to resolve it. Very unprofessional. Will never go there again.

I've been going to Dr. Martha since 1988. She is 1,000% better and more efficient than Dr. Dagoberto. I've spent anywhere from 1 hr and 45 minutes in the waiting area to 20 minutes. It all depends on who is the nurse, who does the check in, and what you are there for. THE DOCTOR (Martha Martinez) is professional, knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, and yes, she does get on your case if you don't LISTEN to what she is explaining. I am VERY satisfied with HER as my gynecologist that's why I keep going to her after so many yrs.

Had my first born with Dr. Cisneros and had a horrible experience from pregnancy all the way to delivery.(forced into C-section) For this pregnancy(10 years later), Dr. Cisneros told me I was not pregnant and went for second opinion. Looked into Clínica Sant Maria and Martha Martinez was everything I needed. Made my husband and I comfortable, made us laugh and most importantly provided us with the information we truly needed. She even answers questions you’d never thought of bringing up but it was in the back of your Mind! Waiting time was 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing. We deliver our second child in 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend

I would like to say that Dr. Martinez is awesome on what she does. I had a teratoma and she was so patient in explaining to me the process of the surgery and the possible side effects. I would recommend her 100%

They gave Labcorp the wrong information to bill my insurance company, and after I told them a bunch of times to fix it they never did! Now is affecting my credit score, and why should I have to pay $90 because the people here can't do their job right? THEY SUCK! Everytime that I call they try to convince me that my insurance company is Tricare, I do not have that! I know what insurance I have! Idiots! And Labcorp doesn't want the right information from me, the want it from Dr. Martinez' office and they won't fix it.

They take like an hour and a half to see you even though you have an appointment.

Sweet, attentive, caring and respectful. She was the best I could have picked for my 2nd son - I had gone to Dr. Jose Cisneros for my 1st son, and the whole pregnancy was just traumatic from womb to delivery. Would not recommend him ever.
