I came to guest dose on tuesday, my counselor dropped the ball on the paperwork so I was not able to be seen, wednesday my counselor drops the ball again, Enrique and Christy saw I was visibly upset and had given up, they took the time out of their busy day to call my counselor back that same day and let him know what they needed and finally on Thursday after they called my counselor let me know it was taken care of and I was finally able to be seen. It because they actually cared that I was taken care of. I really appreciate the faculty there. They care and they go above and beyond to help people. They didn't need to contact my clinic but they did. So thank you christy and Enrique for taking that extra step for me!
