Would not give my mother timely care. Treated her with incredible disrespect and now my mom is dying of cancer. All of this could have been prevented if she had acted quickly with referrals to cancer doctors and for scans per my mom's request.
Dr. Chandler has been our family doctor for many years, and her entire staff is truly excellent. She has great bedside manner, and asks appropriate health questions to ensure adequate care is given. No question...a great physician for the Brownwood area!
Awsome and very good diagnosis and treatment. Very satisfied.
very caring person and a good doctor
great general family doctor, very concerned about our health.has caught things on exam that were not even expected. diabetis, blocked artury, having no symptoms very good doctor Gene and Barbara
saved my life twice, diag carotid artery
First they tell you your appt will be X amount and then its twice as much. I had blood work and a pap smear and when I was never contacted with the results I called them and was told I had to make an appt to find out. The pap should get you a prescipt for 12 months but after 3 months refused to refill without ANOTHER office call (same meds, same dose). I am a cancer survivor (uninsurable), not on medicade or medicare so all costs are on me. Dr C. will never call you back even though the staff says they will have her call. Staff is rude and uncaring. Wish I had never gone here. My last doctor was the best in our town and he gave out prescipt for 12 months and called you himself if there was a problem and didn't drag you into his office just to make money off you.
She has too many patients to focus on any single one. Maybe she would be ok if you need a prescription for a cold but for on-going health concerns, I'd say find someone who cares.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
