I went to the ER with a leg fracture. He looked at the scan but not me. His orders were incorrect. So incorrect that the attending wouldn’t proceed until he got clarification. If we went with his plan I would be in terrible shape. I went to the ER on Monday and by Friday he still hadn’t seen me. I know that sounds crazy but it is true. My attending was appalled. Higher ups were called. Can you imagine being in the hospital for 5 days before the specialist sees you?? He is the worst of the worst. Too many mistakes to list. Find someone else.

Dr. Luedke did a total knee replacement on my right leg in 2019 and on my left leg 10 days ago. He is an outstanding surgeon and his work ethic is the best. He’s on time, he communicates clearly, he listens to my concerns and offers treatment plans that he knows fit my needs and he cares about me not just as a patient but as a person. Both of my surgeries went very well with no complications and I’ll be seeing him and his assistant in about 4 hours to have my staples removed. I highly recommend Dr. Luedke for any orthopedic treatment.

Worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. His staff is Not caring, I went in limping & had to ask for a wheelchair, Dr had a intern come in to access me, Dr says it’s not my torn meniscus, it’s much more. He gives me a cortisone injection, He says it might be fibromyalgia. They made me wait over 10 minutes to check out, just to say ok you can go now, 😡they Didn’t give me follow up instructions, gave me lab work to go to 3rd floor, there was only 2 floors in the building. I had to go back limping inside to ask where the lab was? they tell me on 3rd floor of hospital, I’m like where is the hospital? I receive a call from nurse today to tell me blood is is normal, So I take it it’s Not fibromyalgia. So I ask her, what now? She’s like I don’t know let me ask doctor, She calls back, Doctor says to continue physical therapy, I’m like?? “ What physical therapy?😡By this time their incompetence is obvious. Im like forget it.. I’m taking my pain elsewhere!!

My husband Joe went to him today. He was very caring and concerned because he knew he was in pain due to his knees. Both his knees are bad and needs knee replacement but Joe being his stubborn self declined so he gave him inj in knees to help with inflammation.

Dr. Luedke is one of the best docs I’ve seen. He did a total knee replacement almost 2 years ago. The surgery was flawless and that knee works like the Six Million Dollar Man. I saw him today to evaluate my other knee. Beyond being a great surgeon he’s also relatable and so easy to communicate with. It’s like talking to a friend not just a doctor. He saw and listened to me when no other Ortho would because of my age and weight. After just xrays he showed me why I hurt so bad and was shocked nobody else would help. We did an MRI and found major damage to my knee. After talking I decided to have a total knee replacement. He explained every option I had in great detail and told me the ups and downs. He answered all of my questions with no hesitation very straight forward which I appreciated. He gave me all the time in the world to make my choice. After surgery when I was home for the next year I called with questions asking if I was normal or if I needed to be seen. I got answered within 24 hours always. I could go on forever. He is doing my right leg in the next couple of years. Couldn’t ask for a better guy to almost be excited to go through sever pain with.

Dr. Luedke takes exceptional care of his patients. I broke my arm before the 4th of July. Went to see Dr. Luedke who scheduled me for surgery the next day. I can't thank him enough for putting me back together.
