I’ve had afib & a flutter & Dr. Mays is always there for me providing whatever treatment I need whether it is during regular office hours or not. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring, never rushing through appointments. Your heart isn’t something to fool around with. I want the best heart care I can get & I am very confident with Dr. Mays. I highly recommend her. I’ve gone to her for at least 10-15 years now going from many afib episodes to a normal heart rhythm now.

If you are looking for a cardiologists that is aloof, condescending, and continually rolls her eyes while you are having a conversation, this is your girl. If you furthermore enjoy spending the entire visit verifying information you've already told her because she thinks you're a complete idiot, run don't walk to this clinic. If you're looking to have a mature conversation about symptoms and treatment options....keep scrolling, this place isn't for you.

It started after I had my Mitral Valve replaced & Appendage ligation. Afterwards the surgeon sent Dr Mays my records and i was instructed to follow up with her unless something significant went wrong. I was ordered cardiac therapy due to a recent fall & severe weakness to my (R) leg. My end date was set for March 22nd, 2021. When I saw her the office the last of January she stated to return to work in two weeks. Meantime the therapist was instructed to keep during her cardiac plan.I was still having problems with my (R) leg & trying to heal the valvular ulcer on my (R) medial lower leg that happened after surgery. I showed her the result of my valvular reflux. This Results showed reflux to my (R) great saphenous vein at & below the saphenofemoral junction & non-vascular structure in the (R) groin may represent seroma hematoma, lymphocytes or other structure.During my therapy, my B/P has gotten to 200/ 80's. Currently on Rx Clonidine to help control B/P.

Very rude ! No patience at all . I will find a new cardiologist.

Dr. Mays and her staff have always been helpful and interested, willing to go the extra mile in my treatment.

I was very impressed with Dr. Gloria Mays' genuine concern and care from the first time I met her. I trust her decisions and instructions fully. She is patient with me because I don't always follow her advice right away.

I am a patient of Dr Mays. Things pretty good at first. The problem is getting in to see her. Keep getting letters that it is important that I come in but every time I call the soonest I can be seen is six weeks away. How important is it? Seems to me just too darn busy. Arrogant. Not flexible. Difficult for families to contact. Arrogant. And treats families arrogantly.

The women is very unstable and unprofessional. If she wants to wait on a person after court to harass them and stalk them then I will be glad for her to wait on me downstairs in the parking lot by my car.. The women is crazy and unstable who i I wouldnt let work on my little toe. She is a evil spiteful women.
