There are SO many reasons I love Integrity Urgent Care. 1. I was able to schedule my appointment online which was super easy and convenient. 2. I had barely any wait time. I did arrive 10 minutes early which I think helps. 3. Their staff is so genuinely friendly. Every single person I interacted with was warm and kind. 4. The nurses and doctors are professional and knowledgeable. 5. I was in and out in well under an hour. They are super efficient. I hate being sick but at least I can go to Integrity and trust them to take great care of me.

I had an appt for 3:15 and when I arrived they told me they were running behind because they had one doctor in. I was visibly annoyed, and probably wasn’t the nicest about it ( not my proudest moment but exhausted mom w/ very sick kid). They were very nice and proceeded to stay professional. We went back around 3:30/3:40( only 15/20 minutes later than scheduled appt. which in my eyes is on time!) the nurse profusely apologized for running late and was beyond kind. They knew our pharmacy was closing soon and called quickly to make sure the prescription was ready in time when we left. Thank y’all!

I went to Integrity to get required bloodwork done before going back on active duty. I was assured by staff that the cost would only be $50, so $50 is what I paid on the day of my visit. Two months later I receive a letter in my overseas mailbox letting me know I have a bill due for over $300 in a couple of days. Incredibly misleading, disappointing, and unconscionable.

Very good place to go when in need of a drs care. They sent us back quickly and took time to listen to my concerns. They were all very caring and helpful. The shot I received really helped ease some of the pain. They referred me to an orthopedic dr and he has already called me for an appointment! I was very happy with my visit!!

The staff is great, Tamara spent almost an hour on the phone with my insurance company to make sure everything in that side was good to go. I will be back, but hopefully not too soon!

Every time my husband and I have gone to Integrity Utgent Care, we have been treated with compassion and have been given professional care. The front office employees are all friendly and helpful and the medical care people seem interested in helping us get well!
