We were visiting from Michigan and had an emergency. We went to CapRock and saw Dr Kraft. He diagnosed the problem, suggested effective treatment and after an appendectomy we are now doing well. Dr Kraft was easy to talk with, provided the necessary information in a quick and concise fashion and was accurate in his diagnosis. I could not be more pleased or impressed.

I work with Dr. Kraft and he is one of the best doctors I've encountered. He is very friendly and genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. His work at The Med Emergency Department is outstanding.

Dr. Kraft looked in my son's ears for 30 seconds and then charged $410.00 - utterly ridiculous. He was in the exam room for all of 5 minutes. Thanks for ripping off my family - you are so awesome.
