Dr. Rosiles is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Don't understand any negative comments listed but there will always people who can't ever be satisfied. Dr Rosiles is a patient, kind, and calm physician. I suffered a fall from a staircase followed by a surgery and for five years now he has treated my pain and I am highly satisfied. Wish more physicians took time to listen and actually care about their patients like Dr. Rosiles does. So happy is a provider in our community. God bless him!

He doesn't listen and I'm in more pain now from lack of treatment

I have had to see Dr. Rosiles four time already. There is always a wait in the front room (+15mins). Then an even longer wait for the doctor in a room (+30mins). The patient rooms are freezing cold, which is uncomfortable and you can hear through the doors. Each time you hear someone coming you hope it’s the doctor but it never is. He doesn’t listen to you when you’re explaining the issue. He was nice and polite the first appointment but since then he doesn’t seem to care too much.

Worse experience. Basically only gave a referral. I asked for help with splint that was cutting in to me to adjusted. He would not explain what he was doing. Then when he put same splint back on he wouldn’t listen and kept putting it in the wrong place not seating my elbow in the splint. He caused me more pain and discomfort. What a shame not to listen to patient. The office is under staffed. And the soap dispenser is outside the bathroom door instead of inside the bathroom.
