This review is for the office staff. My wife called to get my daughter an appointment and she was told they needed to call the insurance company to verify coverage, and they would call her back. They never called back. I called a few days later and recevied the same treatment (they never called me back.) I called today and they said that they in fact do accept the insurance but now Dr Dacumos is not accepting new patients until January. The customer service from the office staff is below par to say the least.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dacumos to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable and very caring and sincere.

for being a bit late, because I don't live in this area and I take time to look for the place. and they told me that I could not see the doctor and also they could not make me another appointment.The clinic is 45 minutes away from me and I drive for nothing.

Dr. Dacumos is literally one of the greatest doctors that i’ve ever seen& her staff is extremely friendly, very respectful. Ive referred many friends and family that currently see her, as well as my oldest& recently, ive entrusted Dr Dacumos with my youngest sons healthcare need...i love and trust her just that much

Very thorough and sincere Doctor . Takes time to check out everything, does not rush her patients ...HOWEVER. ..you can't get thru to her because her office manager has an agenda of her own ...sad ..Great Doc ..bad management on St Joe's part...lawyers are are available for people likeThe office manager !I have one

This is by far the most compassionate sweetest caring doctor I have ever experienced in my life! I could talk to her on a personal level and she listened to some of my concerns I had with my mental health issues. She helped me with other illnesses like ear infections, colds and flu's. She is by far hands-down the best doctor I have ever came across. She actually cares about her patients! She talk to me about my medications and when I asked for a higher dose. she talk to me about how addictive a medication could be if they did do a higher dose. Most doctors don't care and then will just give you the higher dose regardless. This doctor treat you like family. Best doctor ever! Thanks for helping me and Bryce. ❤️😘🙏

I have been a patient of Dr. Dacumos for the past 4 years. Dr. Dacumos is the most empathetic physician I've ever met. She truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She is not in a rush to get to her next patient. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer she even gave me her personal cell phone number to call her if I needed someone to talk to! Dr. Dacumos is a credit to physicians everywhere.
